Nice large room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Great location within walking distance of a huge mall, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was not as expected at all. Room was very old, half the lights did not work, the hair dryer didn?t work and after asking multiple times the hotel staff never fixed it.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and immediately addressed our questions. The location was ideal…..maybe a 5-20 minute walk to downtown tourist spots

I was pleased with everything

The breakfast was WONDERFUL - much better than what I make for myself!! The variety was amazing - the best thing for me was the Apple, Beet, and Carrot juice - fresh juiced! I call it the ABC plasma therapy! Delicious and so healthy!

The ONLY not great thing about the hotel is the entrance . . . not what it shows on the web. It's down a narrow alley that you have to share, as a pedestrian, with cars and small trucks. I fell once, it was after dark and I didn't see the "bump" (wires underneath the asphalt?) - but I wasn't hurt, only a scrape - but I can imagine it could be very off-putting for some people. Everything else - EVERYTHING - was wonderful - and I was very happy there. I plan to be back in June!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Apartment in Vienna for three nights. The apartment is completely new, spotless, and extremely well thought out in every detail. Everything you could possibly need is provided — the amenities are excellent and make you feel right at home.The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect: the metro station is just steps away, with a Lidl supermarket conveniently located downstairs. Many of Vienna’s main attractions are also within a pleasant 20-minute walk.The apartment is in a very quiet area, which made it perfect for resting, and it was very well heated — especially appreciated given how cold it was outside. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The location is perfect - close to the heart of the city. Room was perfect - spacious and had all the amenities one may need. Breakfast was an amazing variety of food - lots of vegetarian options. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. I also requested a late checkout and they offered it to me for free.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, the staff very nice and the breakfast is amazing!

Breakfast was exceptional - the best of our 39 day trip. The bed was very comfortable and well outfitted. Sockets by the bed, fridge, etc. All needs were met. We would stay here again anytime.

The listing says elevator, and there is one that works great. However, for anyone using a wheelchair, note that there are 8 steps at the entry to gain access to reception.

The staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request or problem. The location couldn’t be better – right in the center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from

the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Access to the hotel can be a bit challenging, but the staff are happy to assist with luggage all the way to the parking area.
