Amazing location, comfortable and spacious rooms, great breakfast, and above all, incredible service, particularly the front desk!

Very friendly staff, helpful with fool allergy info at breakfast, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Could not pay with card as the internet was spotty.

The staff at Hotel Kotoni went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was fantastic with all the major attractions, shops, bars and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable! Would highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Had a terrific patio with views of the city. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants and main tourist area.

Fabulous location, so clean, and delicious breakfast.

The location is perfect! The hotel is clean and looks new or renewed, everything looks nice. The bathroom looks new and very clean, everything works fone.

We had a problem with the key. The door wasn't locking. The day after we arrived we realized that the door was opened all the time. They tried to fix it, but the problem stayed. In order to lock the door we had to lock it with a key and a handle. But the stuff was very nice and really tryed to solve the problem

Central location. very close to to the site seeings, restaurants cafe's etc. The room was very spacious, wifi very fast and stable, tv with plenty of channels national and international.. Hotel Staff were very polite , helpful, attentive to guest needs. Breakfast was free and quite complete, although as far as my opinion can become better. Enjoyed The ground floor cafe with external table sitting so could enjoy the drinks, coffee etc, while allowed to smoke.

The bed mattress was not comfortable, or at least to say not meeting my preferences. So my quality of sleep had really struggled. There was a constant noise from out the window (room was at 4th floor) which was related probably to central units of a/c. Although there was 2 double glazing windows the noise did not prohibit it. The hotel does not have available food for room service in case needed. Also there was no kettle at the room.

A lovely hotel with central location and at the same time in a quiet street. The staff is very attentive and helpful. A large choice at the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, spacious room and well maintained, very friendly and attentive staff. The staff proactively helped us with many topics, for example went to get our car from a nearby parking to park it at the hotel.

I can highly recommend the hotel. The location was very central and great starting point for all kinds of stuff. The Hotel itself, the breakfast and the Staff were excellent.

The staff was unbelievably kind and gracious! The hotel is excellent value for money and in a great location! If I’m ever back in Tirana i would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was great and so were the staff serving it, they were happy to make scrambled eggs or poached eggs when we wanted it. There was a wide selection for breakfast, very happy with what was served. Location was spot on, everything is within walking distance, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions all not too far away. All in all a great experience, I must add that whatever I needed no matter at what point of the day the staff were always happy and able to help. I would definitely recommend.
