Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana

Swimming pool to take a dip in the morning, bed comfort and great location.

The staff was good .The best of the hotel was the breakfast and especially the server Lona was very kind and friendly.

The beds were not comfortable.The shower was very small.The staff in the front sometimes was good but they did not help us at all with luggage transportation to the room

Location fantastic. In a quiet street, with loads of fantastic resatuarants very close by. Short walk (10-15mins) to centre- Skanderbeg square. Breakfast was very good and restaurant ambiente relaxing and very very clean. Staff at breakfast very professional and polite.

The biggest disappointment was the spa- and this was my main reason for choosing this hotel ( and paying extra as there were cheaper 4 star hotels). The pool was FREEZING and the sauna was not working thorughout my week's stay. There was no staff at the spa. The room was ok, but nothing speacial and bed was comfortable, but could have been more comfy. Some of the staff were not very professional or polite. (others were friendly).

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The location is great.

We changed rooms twise - once because it was too noisy and the second one there was problem with the water on the whole floor and they asked us to move as there would not be any hot water for some time.

Very kind staff, especially Hegi at the front desk. She was very kind and tried to help in any possible way.Clean and comfortable rooms. Good pool and hammam. Nice parking and electric car charge possibility in the closed yard.

Noisy construction next-door. Low quality filter café.

Comfy room and good breakfast. Gym was surprisingly well appointed.

The air conditioning unit in my room did not work and it was not very comfortable due to that on the days it was hot. They did try and sort it but unfortunately not helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were super clean and cozy. The spa was great and I loved relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very nice and helpful especially the girl at the front desk she was so kind and welcoming.

I loved the experience all in all. The breakfast was decent although it didn't have a great variety.The location is as central as it gets, in "the blloku" neighbourhood and close the Pyramid of Tirana.

The beds were a little bit too high (not like the normal beds you see everywhere), for me it worked but for someone else they might not.The atmosphere in the pool area was warm and comfy but the water in the pool was a little bit cold. Would be nice if it was warmer.

There was excellent communication via messages with the hotel manager and an issue that had arisen was resolved immediately.

Nice location, close to the city.

We didn't like that smoking was allowed inside the hotel. Even if it was not permitted in the rooms, the smell is everywhere: in the reception, bar, restaurant and even in the rooms :-( It was possible to make tee in the room but not coffee, which would have been nice!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Breakfast was great and the Spa areas too. I enjoy my stay and will return back.

We love the hotel ; superb location ; friendly and efficient staff ; great breakfast . Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Pool was nice and also the gym ; good new equipment .

We didn’t like the cigarette smell in reception but it was because it’s next to the bar where people are allow to smoke. I don’t think it’s something that can be changed; luckily no other area of the hotel has this issue .

There was hot and cold Breakfast plus fruit this was perfect for me. Great location so close amentites

Staff were great, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, free parking was nice.

Shower temperature was either scolding hot or cold. Parking limited in spots, noise level is high if your room is on the street. Noise is from city traffic.

Breakfast was always right on time, many items to chose from, great tasting coffee, I looooved “petullat”, very tasty. Clean, nicely decorated restaurant, warm colors, very comfortable. My room was always clean. Comfortable bed. Nice room insulation, when balcony door was closed you couldn’t hear the noise from the street, very quiet. It felt like being in a very comfortable house. Very friendly, professional staff.

The rooms, staff and the breakfast were ok but not amazing. The hotel seemed generally clean. The location is great.

The SPA is closed (it does not seem to be under reconstruction - just nobody takes care of it). The gym is open but all the machines are broken and nobody obviously maintains it.

Fantastisc beds, clean and nice rooms. Aercondition perfect. Good location, close to centrum.
