Friendly and helpful staff, central but quiet location, extremely clean.

Multiple broken bathroom fixtures, mini-fridge blocking desk, unreliable and slow wifi.

Decent location and pretty good breakfast included.

Shower and sink did not drain very well and showerhead was loose and difficult to control. Coffee was undrinkable, but the rest of the breakfast was good.

Breakfast excellent. Well worthj it. Hotel is a little difficult to find at the end of a cul de sac, but staff was very helpful. When we called for directions she said. "wait right there on the main road, I will come and collect you. And she did in 3 minutes. Very helpful with recommendations on how to move around Tirana, provided street map (which surprisingly many hotels in Balkans do not)

Clean and large room with good quality twin bed and pillows. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied although there is daily cleaning service. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the main city (central location). Close to bus station (max 3 mins easy walking) and near the airport bus station (max 10mins on foot) while in a vivid area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants/bars close by. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is quite hospitable, kind and prompt to reply (24h reception), so feel free to ask anything.

A more presentable entrance and reception desk would be more befitting to all the other great aspects

Definitely the staff! Alex and the manager, sorry, I forgot her name ,are the best. They go out of their way to make staying at the hotel very pleasant and comfortable. Their recommendations and advice force the guests to feel at ease in Albania.They both love their country and try to share their love with others . The location is perfect, the room is spacious and tidy. The bed is comfortable.

The location is very accessible to many tourist attractions within Tirana. The Receptionists, Fiona and Brelim are both helpful and accommodating.

The shower drainage is clogging and needs to be fixed by building maintenance/facility management.

The location was difficult to find, the parking was not on site, the bathroom had hair in the shower, the tax had to be paid in cash (which wasn’t stated ahead of time)

Breakfast is really good. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main square. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and the bed very comfy.

At first I thought the internet connection was really slow but I was just connected to the wrong one.

The receptionist, fionula (or similar) was lovely and helpful. She allowed me to change rooms and gave me a bigger better room due to the first smelling of smoke.

It was my 2nd time in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, WiFi is fast and the staff are fantastic, especially Edmond who speaks all the languages in the world and can communicate with everyone using his local language. The hotel is located centrally in Tirana and it's literally 1 min away from Skanderbeg Square.

Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom.

Breakfast was rather limited and not much tasty (one kind of salami, cheese and sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, cereals, yoghurt, apples and some vegetables), not very good coffee.The hotel was a bit difficult to find.

I liked the location, the breakfast and the staff. It's a quiet hotel, wasn't too crowded when we were staying there, we stayed at the 8th floor and it had a nice view to it. There's a super market right outside and it's close to the airport bus, about 10 mins by walking. There were some cracks on the ceiling but I don't mind it much.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed mattress. Our bed was 2 beds pushed next to each other and mine was bit concave and not confortable.

The location was convenient and central, the room very nice and clean.
