Clean property and close to the center of the city

The staff were really friendly and helpful, enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced with very friendly staff. The hotel looked lovely from the outside and was just as nice on the inside. The room was big enough for me and my daughter. With plenty of storage for clothes on our short stay. The breakfast was okay but only continental so no option for anything cooked or warmed.

The bathroom was small and initially looked quite nice and stylish but the door opened into the bathroom against the shower cubicle so if you were a larger person you'd struggle to get in. The shower head was also a waterfall type shower which was high up and with the low pressure it took some doing to wash hair etc. The shower was also open at the front with just a screen on the side separating the shower from the sink so the water went everywhere on the floor nearly flooding it every time it was used. Made the mistake of putting the bath mat down on the floor before I was aware of this so that got soaked within seconds of the shower being on.

It's a great hotel in the city centre. There are many shops in the area and it's close to the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, very clean, with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was delicious and various. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

It was small but it served its purpose as I just stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so I was happy with that.

Hotel is great(nice room, clean, great breakfast, lovely staff) but the SPA is a bit of a deception in my humble oppinion

We really wanted to go to SPA- It kind of is in the same building but actually it does not belong to the hotel. We were trying to book it in the morning a session for 8pm. We finished dinner earlier, arrived at 7.55pm to find out that they are too busy. They have asked us to wait...after 30 minutes of waiting we just went back to hotel. Staff of the SPA could not care less. Pity.

Modern and comfortable hotel, with all the ammenities, close to the city center and transports, with nearby shops for all the needs.

Cleanliness was almost (but not) spotless, nothing major nor defeating

Friendly staff at the reception, the room was prepared in a romantic way because of the period of stay (near valentine's day), the breakfast was fine and the location perfect to walk the whole town.

The bathroom was very inconvenient. The shower had no curtain, so everything was wet after showering. The room was small, with an old tv. The whole hotel needs a refreshing.

Had a great time at Golden City. Staff was very kind, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely coming back! 10/10

Excellent! Everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to the city center, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, the breakfast was a buffet with many salty and sweet variations and very tasty. The staff was welcoming and polite. Highly recommended!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent,the room was very clean,spacious, very cozy?the bed was very comfortable. The location is in the center so you do not need to move by car.I will definetely be back!

Lovely hotel .Design very cozy. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to Tirana. We even enjoyed the Spa facilities. It was an amazing place to relax.

Great value for money stay near Tirana center , location was fantastic, room was spacious , place was clean, towels very soft, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well

I came here with my partner and they accommodated us in a standard double room which was very clean, very comfortable, warm and I was surprised that they even had dental kit in the bathroom which is rare nowadays to see in other hotels.The breakfast was buffet and very nice . The location is perfect almost in the center .

Location was not easy of access with the car! You can not stop next to the Hotel because you block the road! Bad experience.

SPA was outside of the Hotel and not easy of access. Could not use all facilities even though I had it included with the offer I payd.

Friendly staff, room was spacious. Smooth check in and staff organized a taxi for us when we needed.

AC was much needed but did not work. Not ideal in the 30 plus degree heat.

Clean and comfortable room close to the centre of Tirana. Good breakfast too
