The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. WiFi worked great. Room was clean

Basic room with no view.

the room is very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom which also comes with little amenities. I would suggest maybe new pillows. the staff at the reception and the breakfast were great.

Nothing really, just the pillow could be renewed to make sure they are more comfortable.

Reception allowed me to rest first since I arrived passed midnight and I don’t have enough cash since I didn’t have time to withdraw coming from Saranda bus. I appreciate the gesture so much.

Nice property located in the center of Tirana close to all the main attractions of the city.The room was large and comfortable.The breakfast was good as well

Amazing little family owned hotel in a perfect area. Very safe for a solo woman traveler with Resturants and bars a few steps away. The location is perfect. The outside seating was lovely to sit, work have your coffee with a ciggy.

Very friendly and communicative. Excellent location, good terrace for coffee / breakfast.

I was early like 3-4 hrs but the staff let me check-in that early was really helpful after a long flight so thanks for that.- The hotel is located in the center close to cafes, restaurants and the bus stop for the airport bus is 10 min walk- Room size is good, it is basic but for the price it was good - Staff is polite to tourists like most people in the city

I did see some stain on the blanket cover - The lift is very slow, it didn't bother me but I see a big group of people waiting during check-in time

Love the garden setting of the hotel. Staff were kind and accommodating. They are always available for help. Allowed us to use some of their facilities even we had already checked out. Location is very good, most attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are spacious with two toilets. It has most of the amenities we need.

Utensils for cooking are not enough. We don't have the one suited for cooking rice. And no kettle in the room.

Excellent location. 4 min walk to the main square. One min walk to lovely restaurants and cafes. There is a currency exchange as soon as you step outside.I felt very safe walking around as a female solo traveller. The room was clean, decent hot water shower, air con worked very well and mini fridge too. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tirana. 30 min drive from airport , can be abit more if there is traffic.

Very big room for the 4 of us, actually there were 2 rooms in one! Hotel is ideally located. The breakfast was nice and the ground floor is very comfy. There are also tables outside.

No closed room to leave the bagage after we check out. The bathroom was a bit cold.

Lovely small family run hotel. Nice fresh room with adequate storage space. Towels changed daily in the bathroom. Breakfast was a simple buffet of cold meats, cheeses, local breads and yogurt. There was a hot option of scrambled egg and sausage.Ideal location near the main square and New Bazaar area. Lots of eateries and coffee shops on the doorstep.

Great location. Reception always available. Nice breakfast.All staff pleasant and helpful. Very close to airport coach drop off in city centre. Allowed me to use facilities ( not room ) after check out that was really helpful. Close to restaurants, bars.& Sightseeing.

The decor is lovely inside and outside, price includes breakfast and was really tasty. Lift in the property as well which was fun
