The staff was great, I was hungry and the girl ordered me some food to be delivered, The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good for my trip, right off the highway, and I had an early flight to catch, overall ?

I recently stayed at Queen hotel In Tirana Albania, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was personally escorted to my room, which was spotless, spacious, and beautiful.What really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge etc ,everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.I highly recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location was okay, about 30 minutes on foot to the main square. But considering the price and the helpful staff members, and the cleaniness of the unit, it's excellent.

The bed and linens were very comfortable and the a/c worked well. The staff was attentive.

The bathroom light kept turning off constantly. It was apparently sensor driven however, when I was in the shower, it went off more than a dozen times. It went out while I was on the toilet. It even went out while I was on at the sink brushing my teeth. It was extremely annoying.The shower head had something brown and unappealing on it…it wasn’t clean. I used the handheld wand to shower with which was inconvenient.

The property was very nice! Very bright and clean. The staff were great. The location was good for us. We walked to the city center (about a 15-20min walk). The breakfast area was comfortable and the options were good.

The AC in the room wasn’t working when we were there. We mentioned it to the staff and they came up immediately to check on it. A technician was called and was coming the next day.

the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and a good size. Everything we needed was available. It was easy to get around from the hotel, plenty of restaurants locally. Very good value. We had a message at the spa in the hotel, a lady from the Philippines, and I would highly recommend it. She was excellent.

The breakfast was the only negative of my stay in the hotel. Very poor with little choice. As a fitness fanatic I always eat healthy and there was little on the menu that came close.

The hotel was really clean and rooms were really comfortable. The staff Anaisa, Arla, Hegi and Visilda were super efficient and helpful in all that we needed.Dinner was really nice too.Thank you for everything and would really recommend this hotel anytime

Great Hotel!! The Hotel ist very clean. The staff is so nice. You get free water whenever you want. The breakfast was perfect, you get great Coffee from Anaisa. She makes a beautiful pattern on top of your Cappuccino too. Room Service comes daily. They also Change the water in the Mini fridge. They also organize Airbus Shuttle or Help you plan Trips etc. The breakfast was also very nice. Fresh fruits, eggs, sausages etc

During our recent three-night stay at this beautiful and well-maintained hotel, we were thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Arla, Hegi, Visilda, and Anaisa stood out for their courteous and friendly assistance, extending a warm welcome and going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their proficiency in English and respectful attitude were truly commendable. We are confident in our decision to revisit this hotel in the future and extend our sincere thanks for the exemplary level of respect and service.

Queen Hotel is a cozy hotel located in a convenient location off the main highway. Great breakfast, comfortable beds. Recommend this hotel which is near the lake, markets and a good location in Tirana.

Nothing, was great.

The staff was friendly as expected. Also the room was quiet.

The light into bathroom was with a sensor and was turning off every one minute. While you showered was going off and not turning on until you got out of shower.

The staff is amazing! Super kind and helpful! I will definitely come back. Also the rooms are super comfortable and super super clean…. And the breakfasts are delicious! I fully recommend it!

There was problem with the parking because there is not enough space but the hotel staff were super helpful and moved the cars, etc.

The bathroom did not have a bidet

Very nice, very clean. Nice breakfast! Close to the central attractions. Taxi arranged from the airport. I would definitely choose again.
