Very nice hotel, clean and excellent location

I loved everything about Eler Hotel—the cleanliness, comfort, great location, and the extremely friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like; everything was perfect throughout my stay.

The hotel was very clean, the stuff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a bit on the small side but very cute and well decorated. The location was good for me, i pretty much walked everywhere.

Great location, near to the city centre but hidden away so nice and quiet. Lovely room with good facilities. Great breakfast and helpful staff.

Shuttle from airport was expensive and seemed contrived. otherwise, staff were genuine and helpful.

Clean, Location

My card key didn't work a single time. Everytime I had to request someone from reception to open my room which was annoying.

Pleasant enough. Rooms are nice and clean but the breakfast has a very poor selection.

It’s a nice and cozy hotel located almost in the city center (less than 10 min walk). I highly recommend to stay there if you are in Tirana. The staff is nice and the hotel is clean.

Very nice location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds!Other facilities were user friendly too, for example elevator and so on.The room was quite and despite the neighborhood was so close to the main Durres str, you can sleep without disturbance!

The breakfast meal could be on much more varieties of ingredients, although the quality of the food was very good.

Today I stayed at a hotel and I was quite disappointed. There was no water in the rooms, the breakfast was very poor, and they charged extra for every drink after the first one at breakfast. They really need to reconsider their approach to hospitality. I definitely wouldn't consider staying there again.

Air conditioning in my room was fairly poor, definitely needed a service. Reception staff seemed rather indifferent to this, even though it was the height of summer

Good standard hotel. Expensive compared to others in the city, but worth it for a good location for the Komani ferry bus pickup

I really enjoyed the proximity to the city center but still in a quieter area. The staff were polite although not super smiley. The shower was a bit run down and old but overall very comfortable.

Really nice hotel, not far from Skanderbeg's Square (about 15 minutes walk). The room was comfortable and tidy.

Breakfast was modest as compared to what you usually get in hotels. Still ok.

Everything was perfect

I put up at this hotel 5 days. Very kind, helpful and smiling personel. Clean and calm hotel. Breakfast not good not bad. Location is good. Nearly 20 minutes by walking to the city center.
