The location and staff were amazing at the Marriott. The staff at the restaurant were also wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Tirana and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were professional, polite, and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very pleasant.The location is excellent, with easy access to the city, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, I felt well taken care of and enjoyed my time at the hotel.I would definitely recommend Marriott Tirana to anyone visiting the city and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff was genuinely lovely—friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The restaurant team was also very courteous and professional, which added a warm touch to our stay.

The hotel itself felt quite basic and not as luxurious as I’ve come to expect from the Marriott brand. Strangely, there was no soap by the sink, which felt like an odd oversight for a property of this level. We had to use the shower gel from inside the shower every time we wanted to wash hands instead—not a major issue, but it did affect the sense of convenience.

We had a fantastic time at Tirana Marriott. The location is perfect for a city trip, the suite was so beautiful and spacious and the view was simply breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent as well (especially the coffee). All of that would already have made for a great stay - but it was the staff that made it perfect. So professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance to all the key sightseeing spots and very close to Blloku (which is great to walk around or have dinner in the evening). The hotel is very new and the rooms are a good size, with a lovely view of the city. The staff were super friendly and helped us with all our sightseeing recommendations and booking taxis when needed.

The service felt like VIP, the best hotel and employees I've experienced so far in my traveling life! From the moment you check in, you feel safe and at home. Every safety button works perfectly ? room service is very fast, the people at the entrance are amazing.. the food was great and fast as well. They have a very good observation of everyone in the restaurant. I recommend this Marriott ?

Internet was a problem. Free connection did not work. Hotel guest should not have to pay for internet.

I had an excellent stay at the Marriott Hotel in Tirana. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The gym was state-of-the-art, making it a great spot to work out. Additionally, the hotel was spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The staff was rude and awkward apart from 1 waiter and 1 front desk associate. We were visiting for the New Year’s holiday and the hotel restaurant was fully booked for NYE. They should at least keep space for the people that stay at the hotel! Also, after like 11pm no one answers the phone on the front desk or room service.

Location and view of the city and Stadium was excellent , staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the day always willing to help and made us feel comfortable.
