The Standard room, is absolutely tiny , so I upgraded to a spaciuos suite, albit almost twice the cost .Very Good spread of Breakfast and te Service was excellent .

The TV in the Living room of suite had absoluteley No English channels, nor was it connected to Wifi, which prevented any Screen sharing from Ipad. The TV in the bedroom only had a limited News Channels in English. There was no turn down service . Housekeeping did not replace all towels.

Breakfast is 25 eur, a bit expensive for a guest who stays in hotel.

travelling alone the radisson is ideal. staff always on hand. the hotel decor and rooms are lovely. everything you need is provided. i find tirana quite a noisy city but the radisson is slightly off the busy roads and has good soundproofing. it’s a high quality hotel but also is laid back. rooms would cost 3 or 4 times as much in UK

It’s handy for where I need to be. It’s very clean and new.

The service is always very slow and you need to ask a waiter to approach you also room service take forever to answer phone!

New comfortable building. SPA is open until 22:00.

There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

the hotel is magnificent and the staff as well, they are all very kind respectable and warm behavior.cleaning done every day without asking.the breakfast facilities is impressing.everything in my residence the Radisson was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. Quite a distance from the city centre about 45min walk (acceptable for us but not much around the hotel to eat and drink at).

Parts of the hotel dated- worn carpets and bits of decor in need of update.

The hotel grounds at outside pool were always dirty tables outside always dirty that was disappointing

The room facing the main road was a bit noisy, , after I switched to lake view was very quiet, better view.

Very nice place near of tirana center and far away from noise and crowd. Beautiful scenery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restorant makes tasty plates and the service was gentle too ( even was big brother show on tv). Clean and warm room.

The facilities are absolutely spot on, including brand new Italian furniture in the rooms that really catches the eye. Breakfast was marvelous with a large variety including traditional Albanian "petulla". Staff is very friendly and helpful and the service at the restaurant is very good. The location is also very good. It is not in the center, but is located near a lake with beautiful view from the balcony. It is also very quiet.

Perhaps the only thing that needs improvement related to the TV service. There is a very limited availability of channels on the room TV, mostly just Albanian television channels. A bigger variety must be included. Additionally, it is not wise to have a big screen TV and limit on the installed applications. That must also be fixed.
