Friendly stuff and good coffee. Room is bit noisy on the street side but overall experience is great. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was quite basic and it didn't look like they topped up the food once eaten. Not much choice and had to go up to the bar for drinks which was fine but the waitress seemed a bit off when asking for a drink with breakfast. We did nearly get charged for drinks we did not have but they were friendly about it (I think someone chanced using our room number!)

Last night at Tirana, a great place for one night. Staff ordered us a taxi to the airport, a great addition, and the room was nicely set for 4 people.

Breakfast was quite poor and was not filled between 9-10.

We really like the proximity to the block and downtown area. Staff was friendly and willing to help

I did not like the fact that they gave us a room that was recently painted with a very bad paint. They knew about the smell and still gave us that room instead of another one. This was unacceptable for us especially because we were travelling with little kids and they would have stayed in that smelly room. Breakfast was tasteless and very bad quality. I travelled for two months in different places in Albania and i must say this hotel had the worst breakfast of all

The room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. It was in a good location. Breakfast was good too, and included espresso drinks.

Great location; wonderful staff (they know how to treat guests. The hotel looks very clean outside and it’s very well maintained inside as well, the room was very neat and clean. Besides eggs and cheese, hotel served a delightful breakfast with fresh local jams and donuts.

Location is really good, easy access to all the places in Tirana city

Breakfast was very minimal , not much options and doesn’t feel clean how it was organized. AC was not working and had to change room in the middle of the night . There was power outage in our room following some loud noises from mini fridge the next day midnight. These concerns were addressed promptly by the night staff but he was not good at speaking English. Doesn’t have any tea bags or coffee at room and lacked some basic amenities. Doesn’t meet the luxury level or the price they charge .

I liked the location it was amazing close to everything in Tirana. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have to mention the staff there were very friendly and helpful, especially the girl at reception Nina, she helped us finding a restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner close by.

Helpful and caring staff!Room temperature needs to be fixed, hotel overall cleaned however rooms need to be updated a little.

New modern and clean hotel , our room had a big window and a spacious bathroom . Breakfast buffet had a quite wide selection of salty and sweet otions . Good value for the money 100/10

Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, and parking was included in the room price, which was extremely helpful for me. The bar is very cute and open 24/7. Definitely worth the price for the comfort provided. Highly recommend!
