Hotel Baron

A good experience, clean hotel, comfortable rooms, I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Tirana.3 km from the center, the bus station is in front of the hotel and it costs only 40 cents :)

The hotel is ok clean and very quiet area about 4 km from the center of Tirana but a green and hilly area, nearby there was the largest shopping center in Albania. The most special thing about the hotel was the very friendly staff.

An excellent hotel! The staff at Hotel Baron are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's a short walk to the main sights, yet located in a calm area. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

I originally planned to stay just one night before taking a bus the next day, but I ended up staying five nights due to severe acute back pain that left me unable to move for the first two days. Once I informed the hotel about my condition, all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they checked on me every morning and evening, brought me medicine, ice, and soup, and made sure I had everything I needed. I can’t thank them enough for their care and kindness.

The location is close to the international bus terminal, which makes it very convenient if you’re planning to take a bus. However, if you want to go to the city center, you’ll need to take bus number 8A (40 lek), which comes frequently. It’s a little far at first, but you’ll get used to it! :)

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was good. A short cab ride to the bus terminal. You could even probably walk. Also there’s a local bus.

There’s roosters you can hear in the morning. They told me breakfast started at 8. There was no one around at 8 and no breakfast.

Absolutely nothing, avoid this property at all costs.

Reception staff was asleep, the rooms had a disgusting smell which made me feel sick. The bathroom was dirty.

We actually booked but didn't stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted rudely by an employee whose first question was "what time do you leave?" even before our identification. He subsequently refused to receive it by card (according to the information provided by the hotel, this payment method is possible). I just wanted to receive money, in addition, I wanted to retain our identity cards until we left (illegal). As we didn't accept, he sent us away at 00:30, but not before photographing our identity cards without prior authorization. I completely advise against it. I was in Albania for 7 days, and stayed in more than 4 hotels... this is the only one where the reception was bad, embarrassing, and I even felt scared.

A very great hotel- almost perfect, with a beautiful view.

The shower tap is very weak, and the floor in the shower is very slippery, so one should be careful.

Really pleased with my stay at Baron as it is a very nice hotel and with all the facilities needed. The place was clean and very close to the bus station. The staff were very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Beds were nice, everything was very clean, the staff was very nice.Family operated it seemed like, you could go grab a cappuccino from the restaurant and take it up to your room. Super laid back.

Staff was really friendly. Our room was big and cozy, everything was clean. Room also has the refrigerator. Breakfast was tasty, served on the terrace surrounded with beautiful plants.
