Service, hospitality, and amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms were very nice and the staff was so nice and friendly!

the shower head in the bathroom room 402 sprays water all over. It needs to be changed. The gentleman from the restaurant in the morning is wonderful. So kind. and attentive. The girl at the front desk with the long black hair was also helpful.

The furniture is slowly falling apart. Formica coming off the bed frame, the desk is showing wear and tear.

Every thing was terrible! The hotel is very old and the furniture is worn out! Very sketchy like a horror movie! There were ants in the room and other bugs

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff gave me a warm welcome, and in the hot weather, they offered a refreshing cold juice, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was perfect with plenty of good options. I also want to highlight the receptionist, who was not only friendly but also spoke perfect English, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. A wonderful experience overall!

The only small inconvenience was that I had to walk a bit to the parking area with my luggage.

We got a nice big and beautiful room with a couch and extra single bed (on top of a King Size Bed). Breakfast is OK. Staff are polite and very helpful anytime of the day. Location is good, easy walk into the main town. Room service is good.

People are allowed to smoke in the hotel cafe/bar which is unpleasant for non-smokers. It happens to be right at the entrance so the first aroma you smell is cigarettes (not good for a hotel - should smell nice). Breakfast needs a bit of variety, same thing every day for a long stay gets a bit too much. Only one key per room which (even though they give you a make shift second one with a sticker) could be inconvenient. Need to have at least two dedicated key cards per room.

Hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was amazing. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Elevator to third floor was malfunctioning. Lucky we had back packs. No view from our windows to anything from our room.

The room was big

The room was old, not that clean, really old fashioned, with many damages and really old electricity plugs. Parking was limited , so two times I had to wait till I find space

When we arrived, they informed us that they don’t accept payments via Booking, so we had to pay again and request a refund from Booking ourselves.After the second payment, they told us we got a “free room upgrade” – but the room had broken windows that wouldn’t close. It was right next to a noisy highway with constant traffic and heavy smog. Sleeping was impossible without headphones. The receptionist tried to close the window but gave up, saying the hotel was fully booked and since we were only staying one night, it wasn’t a big deal – completely dismissive and unprofessional.The bathroom was dirty, with hairs and generally poor hygiene – I refused to even wash there.Although it’s listed as a 4-star hotel, in reality it barely deserves 2. Not recommended.

The breakfast was poor with very little to choose from and not enough of what was available for the guests. My window would not lock, and there was a flat roof by it, which I was worried someone might enter the room via the window.

There wasn't a cover on the suction bit of the hot tub and my partners hand got caught turns out it fractured the knuckle

Elevator is very small and does not have sensors. Hot water takes a little long to heat up.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent — friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We truly appreciated their professionalism and the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel.

The food, especially breakfast, was a big disappointment. We stayed for five days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day with no change or variety.. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, as it really affected our overall experience.

Had an amazing experience, it was a little bit difficult to locate but the staff communicated excellently and sent us a google map location. Our room and the hotel was generally clean and tidy. The staff communicated in English and were very nice especially the chap that runs the breakfast.The breakfast buffet was good too, they had several options to pick from and dishes were delicious.Overall, our experience was great and I highly recommend.
