Best Western Premier Bhr Treviso Hotel

Very clean, nice room

Couldn?t get volume on tv to work, difficult to use the spa, and gym,, you had to set an appointment

Beautiful and spacious room. Extremely comfortable bed and nice shower with excellent showerhead. Nice restaurant downstairs with really good food. Had a fitness center and spa that you could use for free.

Not really. It was a bit far from Treviso proper, but the city bus ran right outside the hotel.

The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The room cleanliness, layout and amenities (lighting, safe, shelving, furnishings etc.) was superb!

Room size was fabulous. Bathroom was huge with separate shower and tub. Large walk in closet. Separate sitting area from bed. Covered parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar area was nice and good selections. overall 10/10+

Spatious rooms, clean, good breakfast.

The rooms on 5th floor have heating issues, we got the room where it was impossible to regulate the temperature so we were exposed to overheating for the entire night.

We had to stay there due a cancelation of our flight. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. Just the air conditioner of the room was a bit noise, but we turned off and slept very well.

Comfortable and clean space, wonderful bathroom, stylish interior and lobby. Unfortunately we didn’t try SPA area. Parking lot is just nearby. Tasty breakfast, and barista makes coffee .I’d like it if were vegetables and greens.

For a hotel of this level, the room lacked a robe and slippers, as well as a coffee machine and kettle.

Nice hotel near the airport, in a pleasant and quiet location, several restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed. Free public parking in front of the hotel and garage and private hotel garage for a fee. I recommend this hotel!

Everything was great

everything is as it should be, from the staff, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel (at least for me) to the comfort of apartment.

The TV does not have the ability to play media from USB... it's frustrating every time….. this does not apply to the movie suite where this is possible

Very friendly and caring reception staff! I had a problem, I forgot my jacket in the bar, but the next day, the reception staff did everything to find my jacket and return it to me. Thank you very much for caring about customers!

The extra large bed was large indeed. The room felt also spacious. Nice breakfast and coffee. Was possible to park also inside the building.

sylicon in the bathtube was full of mold. They forgot to empty the previous guests trash. The room was very cold and the heating didn't work well. We asked to pre-heat the room before our arrival and the room was still cold and the heating wasn't switched on. We arrived in the middle of the night with a sleeping baby and we didn t have nor time nor strenght to go checking other rooms

Bright and spacious. Nice rooms

The location (although directly on a bus route) is a little remote for my tastes. The staff were very hot and cold, one minute super friendly, next time you were treated like an inconvenience. Which was unexpected and completely unacceptable.

The room was extremely hot and it was not possible to use the AC. The hairdryer was not working properly

Poor

We were not allowed to use the spa area claiming it was full which wasn't the case as the hotel was almost empty. The fact that they have spa was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. In addition, there were very few healthy options for breakfast. Too expensive for just a sleepover.

I liked the big room and the fact that it was heated very well, according to the weather.

The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and the air was thick and hard to breath. The cleaning was very bad, a lot of dust in the room and mold in the bathroom. The room are quite old and needs to be refurbished. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

Very nice Best Western! Our flight arrived late to Treviso airport and our car rental agency was closed, so we had to find a hotel for the night. This was close and had good ratings. I was surprised to find such a nice hotel as a Best Western. (In the US, Best Westerns are not that good.) But this was very nice and more luxurious than I expected. It appears to host a lot of business travelers, and there was a conference going on in the morning. Everything was clean and the beds super comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. We had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

Everything was good.

Spacious room,free parking,huge bed

Didn’t have any coffee machine

Very clean and comfortable. Good location, near the airport.

We booked 3 rooms for one night, they were all spacious and had all the expected amenities.

We travel frequently and have stayed in all types of hotels and properties across the globe, over the past 25 years. I have tried hard to remember when and if I have ever been met by staff so rude and arrogant. From the moment we walked in, there was no inclination to assist us with anything at all: Luggage, information, a taxi. We have found the same rude and disrespectful staff in the restaurant, including the chef who scolded our kids for touching a curtain made of strings. This was an all around poor experience. Which was expected being an airport hotel, but not to this level.

Jr suite very large and comfortable Nice staff

In the middle of nowhere I chose this hotel for the small distance to the airport TrevisoBut they didn’t have/ provide any shuttle or bus for the airport Minibar was EMPTY ?
