Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg

Morning buffet. We could enjoy the czech cuisine. So accessible to the center area of the city.

There were empty box tissue in the bath room even if we asked for cleaning.

Rooms were very clean and modern.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily (a rarity these days), with fresh towels and coffee pods. Only a short walk to the train station.

The beds are very narrow!

Everything was fantastic

The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The dining area was cozy and welcoming offering a pleasant breakfast experience.

If English breakfast tea was included in the drink options, this would be superb for English visitors & an English news channel on the TV would also be another great improvement.

The breakfast was adequate and had something for everyone.

I had several issues before the stay and the hotel on two occasions "accidentally" charged my card before the booking even though the terms were no pre payment necessary.

everything was great. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and everyone was so efficient and friendly. The front desk staff was also so kind and when we needed help they were courteous and very helpful.

In my opinion everything was great.

Hotel was clean and beds were good.

Position of hotel was average - back streets with lots of rubbish and overlooking a vacant block with rubbish but walking distance to Christmas markets and close supermarkets. Couldn’t borrow a corkscrew as they didn’t have one so take your own!

Friendly staff and by staff I mean the reception team, the location is fair which is quite close to Plärrer (Nürnberg).I didn't have breakfast in this hotel so can't comment on that.

the area around where the hotel is located wasn't very pleasant due to ongoing construction, however it was always quite (during December Christmas times).the room facility was a bit outdated, for example there is no heater in the bathroom except old infrared light bulb.water heating was barely warm, so hot shower wasn't possible.room cleaning was a bit challenging since I requested my room to be cleaned several times on different days, and usually cleaning means only changing the towels but not bedsheets, or pillows, which was quite frustrating and had to ask for it and wait in my room to make sure someone's changing it.

Location and staff was great! The room was good! I really like having a nice coffee machine in the room,

Location is just 5 min away to Hauptbahnhof Nuremburg.Most of attractions are also nearby mostly walkable distance

The price is exactly what you should wait to see.

To much dust in the room, especially under the beds, the phone didn’t work so I had to text everything through booking and didn’t had any results at the end.

It was comfortable, warm, the staff was friendly. The hotel is not far from the city center, the metro station is also close by. Complimentary coffee was nice.
