There is as no food at the buffet for breakfast, only one server & he was the cook… So we left..

A family owned and run hotel with some of the best service ever. Caring and thoughtfulness exudes from the moment you step through the door. A perfect old city location to walk everywhere. Clean and efficient rooms at a great price.

There were no aspects of dislike.

Pool & Sauna with workout space great plusAmazing breakfastVery friendly and helpful staff

Location and stuff

Very noisy, shower was broken.

Great location.

The beds are horrid. The pillows even worse. The front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast staff was not the friendliest.

Great location. Friendly staff and owner. Parking location close

Wifi

Great breakfast and the location was perfect for what we were there to do. We were here during the Christmas Market so the area was very busy with people, we did explore inside the walls and had a wonderful time.

I do wish they had an on-site lounge where one could get something to eat and a cocktail.

Great location

There is no coffee in the rooms or the lobby. You can purchase a cup for €4.

The staff was great with giving information and restaurant recommendations. The room was very spacious. The location was very good!I did not have breakfast there.

I did not like the stairs going up to the bedroom and bathroom in the room, but I'm old and don't like stairs!

The check in process is very easy even if you do not arrive while reception is open. It is a very nice hotel and the location is very good. All parts of the old town are an easy walk. The staff also had good recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The property has an arrangement with a parking garage close by for some slightly discounted parking if you arrive by car.

Understandably, with being in the old town. The rooms are a bit small but definitely comfortable.

Great location with sauna & pool! Nice breakfasts too! Everyone was very nice to us and helpful. Clean, simple room with nice bathroom & shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, tidy, friendly, beautiful location, good breakfast

Not soundproof enough

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, easy to get around, and close to everything I needed. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What stood out most was the staff: very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. I also appreciated the breakfast selection—especially the gluten-free bread option, which isn’t always easy to find. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Very good location and also beautiful surrounding and nice restaurants around!

Maybe the pillows could be higher and softer!

The staff and location was wonderful and the room was very clean.

Room was cold and duvet was thin with no extra blankets. Bed was very firm.

The elevator was a plus when traveling as a senior. Staff was friendly. Breakfast delicious.

Unfortunately the front desk is not open or reachable all day long. It was not explained that if you want your room cleaned you must let them know the night before. We arranged for their taxi driver to pick us up at 4am to catch our early morning flight and he never showed up! No way to reach anyone at that time of the morning and this place is on a non-busy out-of-the way street in old town. Not happy about that arrangement and my cell phone service was no help.
