Location and breakfast was good.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Rooms were very small (even by European standards). Entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, and difficult to Use to get to reception and room. No staff bailable to help after 7pm. Elevator is tiny. Rooms have paper thin walls, you can hear everything else going on in other rooms and hallway.

The location of the property, the breakfast area and choice was very good.

Unfortunately we felt that our stay was slightly overpriced.

Nice staff. Wonderful breakfast and those who served us coffee and put the breakfast together were very attentive and friendly. Very close to the Christmas markets and just a street over from shopping district. Quiet and clean. Nice hot water.Tv and free WiFi was convenient. We had 3 adults in the room and 3 twin beds all adequate for just sleeping but no sitting space so would be challenging for a longer stay. I would stay again and appreciate the hospitality.

No real door on the bathroom so it lacked privacy for 3 adults. It was a sliding door that fit outside the frame so it had openings. No wash cloths but I believe that's common as all our hotels did not offer wash cloths.

Most things, though not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room is disappointing. The lady at reception was kind enough to give us a little kettle and a cup and we provided our own supplies. Arriving at a motel after long train trips is made so much better when you can make yourself a coffee and chill for five minutes.

Absolutely do not appreciate staff standing right at the door smoking. We stayed 3 nights and nearly every time we came or went the exit was through at least 2 staff puffing right at the door. Not a good look and no one wants your second hand smoke up their nose. Because of this lack of consideration for paying guests I would not stay here again.

Brilliant location! Close to the Christmas markets! They offer parking in a close-by garage for 15 euros per day, which was the cheapest price we found in the area around here. The breakfast was good and the hotel is definitely value for money!

There is low soundproof and the room is a bit small, but neither of them was a problem for us.

The room that I had was far too warm and I couldn’t regulate the heat as I had wished.

Breakfast was great.Amazing location in the heart of the city and close to Hauptbahnhof.

Small, cosy hotel. Clean, modern, bright and friendly. Loved it. Breakfast is perfect. Rooms and mini-bar excellent. Quiet and convenient to city. Will be back if returning to Nuremberg…

The location is superb. The room was clean and the breakfast fairly good. Coffee was of very poor quality.

Main issue: There was no air con in the room and no fan was available upon request!! It was 23th - 25th of June 2025 with a temperature of 29-32 degrees centigrade. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Sweating during the night is not an option. A fan would have made a difference; the fun is that the cost of a fan is extremely low compared to the price per night!

Actually the hotel was great, but in the street where the hotel was located, there were so many doing harzardous driving to show off their cars, and it went many hours in the night on Friday and Saturday night.

The hotel is very central, but quiet.The staff, is perfect.The lady at the reception is so kind and warm!And the one at the breakfast very eager and smily. Breakfast was above expectations.

I wouldn't complain for something

Nice location, lots of nice places to eat, drink and watch the world go by.

In the summer the rooms get very hot even with the window open. That's the only real downside.

Garden Hotel is located right in the middle of the old city centre, making it an excellent place to stay if you plan on exploring a lot on foot. The room was modern and equipped with all amenities and was very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Truly value for money! :)

Great location

Wifi was not working at the room, the room owner blame me for that and said its work for all the hotel maybe its a problem with my equipment which was false - due to fact its worked on prv Lan in the lobby. I asked for refund / to leave the apt but they told me they will charge me 90% of the booking. Which was extremely then normal price

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great too.

Didn't like that we didn't not get washcloths in the bathroom. And the responsibility of locking of the outer door late at night, to the hotel was a little uneasy.
