Great value, very clean

When checking out the front desk stafff ( two ladies) were extremely rude and confrontational.. for that reason I will never stay there again nor would I recommend

It was a really nice hotel, very clean and very comfortable spacious room. The location is great next to the metro station and the area is very quiet.

There was no cold water to wash your hands (the shower was working perfectly). Just be aware that you have to request it if you want the staff to clean your room up to a certain hour.

The hotel offers all basic needs with a reasonable price.

I got asked to waited for 30 min after I arrived there at 15:00 which is a start of check-in time!

Small kitchen with tableware. There is a microwave oven. The room was wide (ours was wider than the others). The rooms were clean.

The bed sheets were partially broken, but clean. There was partially no thick curtain, so the lights from the street came into our room.

I had a very pleasant stay at hotel Cristal in Nuremberg. The location was great, set near a beautiful park and very well connected by local public transportation, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. I booked a single room, which was not very spacious, but it was very well organized and thoughtfully designed, making it both comfortable and practical. Overall, the room met my needs perfectly, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Upsetting!!

It was three of us. Only 1 bed was made. The room was not for 3 anyway. We had to get another room bathroom hand was basin was dirty. This one was the worst experience among others that we had stayed in the past. The evening receptionist was the only good thing we can mention. He was kind and helpful. However, the behaviours of the morning receptionist was very upsetting. He tried not let us to make comments. He avoids eye contacts which was very rude.

Big room, good parking options. Short walk to the subway station.

The hair dryer was not working and, although the staff member tried to help, he was unable to provide a replacement. The employee at the morning reception was very unfriendly. In addition, the bedroom floor was not clean, as there was a noticeable amount of dust.

I understand breakfast wasn’t included but you couldn’t even get a cup of hot water outside of breakfast hours! Not a huge deal but still odd

Nice staff.

Room was crazy hot, evenWith all the windows open it was not bearable, also people smoke in the staircases and under rooms, so it smelled all the time. Quite expensive breakfast - from 4 years you need to pay full price (around 12€), so for 4 people it’s almost 50€ for breakfast, we did not pay so I can no comment if it’s worth it.

Because it was raining a lot outside and it said that they had parking but when we came to the property they didn’t have parking and they wanted us to park 500-1000m away

The Hotel looks good, it's clean, the Room was big and the Stuff very friendly, but the Bed wasn't comfortabel. I didn't sleep very well. In the Room was very warm and with the opened Window was loud from outside. There was a Ventilator in the Room but with little Child I couldn't turn it on.

Perfect 1st night in Germany. The online photos lead me to think this would be our most cramped stay, but there was a TON of room! Very clean. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and the price was better than any other hotel we stayed in.

It’s close to the airport. The room was nice

There is no elevator. We ( elderly women) had to drag our suitcases up the steps right in front of the man who checked us in. When we were almost to the top he asked if we needed help. We declined at this point. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning but that is normal for Germany. Just don’t stay there during the hot months
