Very clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was around 12 euros a person and included things such as eggs sausage bread and salmon.

Everything, its definitely not what I'am used to. I would have rather spent an additional 30 euros for something better

Staff were very helpful, particularly a nice French man at reception. Convenient for the station.

When I emptied the bath it flooded the entire bathroom I had to put the plug back in to stop it flooding out the drain in the floor. Also it was very warm in the room and no way to cool it down aside from opening window which was very loud. No kettle in the room for tea considering the price and the hair dryer shuts off after a minute.

Never stay again.

The elderly receptionist's incomprehension and hostile attitude made me forget I was a customer. Despite me providing all the details, she couldn't properly invoice me for my stay.

The room was very basic and it needed some accessories, like slippers and free water bottles which would've cost the property very little money but would've made a big difference.The breakfast room had very basic food and short of anything remarkable. Also, the tables were not immediately cleared and cleaned after previous users.The beds need new mattresses. You could feel the springs when sleeping on them.

The Hotel ist super close to the HBF and the bus station ist right in front of the Hotel.

The Personal at the front desk were unfriendly and one of them screem at my on the phone. I got a problem with my reservation and the man on the front desk was not willing to help and was super rude.The is no watter coffee or snacks in the room.The pool ist small. They say they are 4 Stars but does not worth it.

Hotel has dated decor. The room was comfortable for a single person business trip. They cleaned the room daily. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were lacking ( for me at least). The hotel is next the main railway station which can be convenient for some. If you walk through the station you have easy access to the old town ( circa 10 min walk). Overall good.

Bad

The room access was very bad. I was in Room no 101, with no lift access. multiple up downs on stairs, like a maze. Took a long time every time to reach the room. Vey disappointing

staff, precision, invoice was not correct, they did not want to give me back my 50 Eur... which only can be paid via credit card or cash. it was not the best attitude which the staff had

Receptionist gave me very complicated instructions to find my room. Told me to go to 4th Floor on Lift, then take a long walk and take another lift to 5th floor.In reality, my room was just above stairwell when you get out of 4th floor lift (just up one flight and I was there)

Very good location. right next to the central station, metro line U1 and U2 -just a few stops to Nürbermesse. Near the old town. The room is clean, there are all amenities. The staff is polite and helpful. Good and tasty breakfast. There is a swimming pool.

Confusing corridors. Like a maze.

Position

I had to go though a maze of halls, and passages -go up and down and got lost couple if times. There was no soap in the room when I got there

Location great, close to city centre, a tram stop immediately outside of the hotel with trams every 10 mins to my place of work

I could have brought my swim shorts and taken advantage of the indoor pool, I will next time!

The price does not match the quality - four stars.Up to room no. 104 and other rooms from 100 to 125 could be reached by crossing the hotel diagonally from reception, climbing up and down the stairs three times, like in a labyrinth! It took 10 minutes.
