As above we found it a great place in an easy location.

We found reception open hours a little too short.

The bathroom was quite clean, and I have no complaints about it, but the rest was not satisfying. The location was great.

The room was cleaned every two days, but in my opinion, it was only a superficial cleaning. For five days, the sheets were never changed, even though the cleaning staff could see that they needed to be replaced.The apartment was non-smoking, but from the first day, it smelled like someone had been smoking inside. The staff accused us of smoking, which was not fair.

Nice cosy apartment. Just 2 stops away from the city center.Tram stop is also very nearby. 10 mins walk only. Madam Falk is an excellent host. Room is spacious with all basic amenities. Will come back again

It is clean and function.

Living room/kitchen area is quite small causing limited space for the sofa bed. When we arrive, the heater did not work but got resolve quickly. The surrounding are isnt great. There is tram within ~5 minutes walking distance, tram take around 5 mins to central station, so for me it isnt great for the price. There is almost no or limited food options around (though there is supermarket nearby).

It had everything we needed. I ironed shirt for my partner, we had parking space, it was spaceous, the heating worked efficiently

This place is fantastic. It sits on a fairly quiet residential street, near public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and a block from a laundromat. The apartment is roomy and well equipped. Except for the inevitable drunk wandering the streets sharing his revelry, it is quiet and peaceful. The drunk just adds color to the experience! It is a short walk to the tram and a quick ride to all the sights in Nuremberg. The well equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy a quiet meal away from the hustle and bustle. A wonderful facility. In the three weeks of travel, this was the number one place to stay!

The facility is easily accessible by public transport. Moreso, it is a few minutes by tram from the main train station. For those who like walking, the walking distance is less than 30 minutes. The staff was great, kind, and understanding.The baby cot was comfy and our baby slept very well.

Well, I understand Nuremberg is an expensive city, so I can't blame the facility for the high price per night.

Spacious rooms and spacious bathroom. It’s practically safe to have little kids around, no loose cable or objects hanging around. Walking distance to tram and restaurants.

Svetlana was very responsive and helpful prior and during our stay. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate our needs. The kitchen had all the main utensils and appliances to prepare a meal. The flat itself was finished to a good standard and very clean. Cleaning service is also provided every 3rd day. There is a possibility to book a car park space for 10 euros day (located in the back courtyard) as it might be challenging to find a car park space in the street nearby. The town centre is reachable on foot (about 15 mins walk) or there is a tram stop nearby that takes you to the main railway station where the historic part of the town starts. There are several supermarkets around and restaurants to choose from. There is also a public swimming pool for those who like to go for a swim. I fully recommend this place

Modern functional clean apartment with all essentials. Nearby supermarkets. Not far from station and old town

Sleeping area with sofa bed had only net curtains. No plug or basin in kitchen. Main seating seemed to be in large bedroom.

Large one room apartment with good bathroom. Sufficient utensils for self-catering. well-placed for tram to Bahnhof and onto the Altstadt. Key card security good.

The rooms are clean and you have all amenities if traveling with kids or longer stays.

You can reach city center by foot, unfortunatelly you would have to pass thorugh some less pleasant areas where to be honest i would not go during the night, especially with kids. This is not near the hotel, rather closer to city center.

The apartment was as it was described, maybe a litle smaller. It was clean and the fact that every second a cleaning was taking place made it better. The bed were great and it was quiet to rest.

A second closet is necessary, when three persons are staying at the same time and defenetly more hangers.

Didn't object paying the extra to check in after 8pm. Although I can't help the airlines timetable. I've never bee n asked to do that before.However, the lady who checked us in was bordering on rude about our arrival which I didn't appreciate. There wasn't any info at the apartment re transport/nearby stuff. The staff were only around for a few hours in the afternoon so didnt bother to ask them again as we hadnt much luck when we arrived. Thank goodness for Google.It was also further from the centre then I had realised. It was OK but you get what you pay for. If I went again would get something closer. Probably fine if you are going there for work.
