Great spa, very comfortable bed, we were able to check out a bit later, very friendly staff!!

We had a delightful stay that we will repeat for sure. We received, upon our request, interconnecting rooms that were ideal for our family with young kids, offering plenty of privacy. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The mini fridge and water cooker were great additions. The staff at reception, the breakfast area and especially one of the housekeepers, always welcomed us with a big smile and asked if we needed anything. We received complimentary water and sweet treats during the holiday season, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, an item that we forgot during our stay has been safely stored and returned to us, which we highly appreciate. Fantastic service!

We liked the property a lot, but we would like to share some feedback regarding the breakfast. We didn't book breakfast upfront, but we decided to test it one day. To our surprise, given its relatively high price, the breakfast choices were somewhat limited compared to those at other, less expensive places we had previously stayed. These offered, i.e. a custom-made egg station, extensive freshly baked bread choices, freshly cut fruit, a kids' station, etc.). An upgrade to the menu would have been a decisive factor in our decision to book with breakfast, and we hope we can consider it next time. Thank you!

Reception told that breakfest is until 11:00, but when I came to buffet at 10:30 kitchen employee told that it is Christmass and breakfest is served until 10:30. She didn’t bring bread when I politely asked to. Otherwise, food was great.

Great food of the hotel resataurant, the pool, steam bath, and very good breakfast. We enjoyed our short stay!

There is not possible to charge the e-cars.

Location, indoor pool and sauna

Sauna and steam room were not working on 3 of 5 days. Staff restarted them twice. Last day steam room was defective.

Hotel was already in reconstruction and light was off without notice. Room was dirty and old with stains

Convenient location

When booking a hotel in Nürnberg i was looking for convenience, and choose the Ramada due to the brand. Ramada need to invest some money into this hotel, it is tired, dated and in my opinion does not fit the Ramada brand image at all.

Great location and a clean comfortable room.

There is no kettle in the room. Although it wasn't a problem as such, we were not aware that the dog couldn't go in the restaurant, which meant we didn't have the breakfast we had paid for. If we have known, we would have gotten up earlier and gone separately!

the restaurant was closed on that day and in the bar they only had a rather bad sandwich with cheese and ham for £7.50. the quality was really awful. and this is a four star hotel.

Firstly, Thank you so much for receptionist. He is very helpful and humble. He has been very supportive to my family. He updated our booking. Room like luxury hotel room. He gave us Sweet room for our family. Thank you so much. Next time definitely we will be there. It’s been amazing.

Pool are was clean, yet quite a bit smaller than it looks.

The hotel was under construction and it was not disclosed when we booked. Relaxing during the day was impossible due to the extreme construction noise. We were charged for breakfast after paying for breakfast with our booking.

The staff were friendly. especially in breakfast. The area is nice and green. outside Parking was not expencive. This time was the fifth or sixth time that I booked this hotel, But unfortunately the quality has gone down.

This hotel was closed for some time to be renewed. I expecting some improvement there. But I did not see any change there. Breakfast was Ok but not generous. It says that children are free but the price did not show this. room was small and sofa bed was not comfortable at all and the mattress was shorter than Sofa.

Presence of a clean and not so crowded pool, big sofa bed, clean toilet, presence of a window that can be opened, A/C working well, location of the hotel (city center was 15-20 minutes by bus from a very close bus stop), very friendly waiter at the restaurant.

Wide'ish range of breakfast, yet ordinary quality. Beds were too soft, but maybe that's typical of Germany hotels.

The room was great and spacious, we have it upgraded even though we booked the smaller one. It was great.

Nice room, good pool, allowed our dog, situated in a park, and close to the nurenberg rally sites, which we wanted to see.

Had to pay for parking, but only 5 euro, breakfast was 20 euro . Whilst the main bed was really nice, the sofa bed less comfy.
