- They have plenty of space around yet they dont let you keep luggage after check out and say they dont have a space for that. They should do something to enable this as it comes quite handy. Another issue was that they have a decent breakfast area but do not allow the guests to stay there to work on the tables. Will think twice to come back. I feel they can do better to address basic needs.

Great hotel very clean, friendly cleaners, friendly reception staff and helpful regarding the public transport and how to get to local places. Public transport is so easy to use and very regular. From buses to underground and trams. Had a great time in nurnberg great Christmas markets and shops.

Check-in was easy with a kiosk. this has advantage and disadvantages. We cannot checkin even a min before. Also exactly at 3 pm you can checkin easily via kiosk, and you get a key code to access the room.The bus stop is 4 minutes away, and the metro and tram are also within walking distance. So even though away from downtown, accessibility is there
a little far away from downtown, but this was as expected, because I opted for the cheaper Ibis.

Room was pretty clean, breakfast was good. The sound-proof wasn't optimal for sleeping - you could hear people talking, door shutting.
The money and hotel value- it didn't quite match, the price was little bit too high.
The lady at the reception is wonderful! She explained us everything and helped me with the door lock

The front desk lady in the morning was friendly.
The whole structure is ugly, feels unsafe, doesn't feel clean, breakfast was less than mediocre.
Room was facing the parking lot, while cars can easily see inside the room. The Room was very warm. It is a self service facility, it is hard to get a hold of someone to check you in so they implemented a self check out.

The location is nicely reachable via public transport and it is a good value for the money. The room was small but nice and I got what I expected. I traveled to attend a concert and it was a good one night stay.
