Nice and clean - great location near train station if you want to save some money and not be right in the main square area. Kerstin took amazing care of us and even helped to ship me an item I left behind !

Very welcoming staff. Great location. Comfy bed.

Facilities were clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Check-in procedures were easy to follow and accommodating for our late arrival. Staff communication was polite and professional to ensure an easy stay.

Clarification for parking. Parking was mentioned but not clear about how to reserve it or where. It was not a huge issue since we drove all over the city and had to park all over the place.

The picture is misleading and not what your room will most likely be. The actual room is very small with a small bed.

Comfortable, warm and CLEAN room- the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job!! The hotel is conveniently located, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There was a mini fridge in the room too which was appreciated, and small thoughtful extras like a postcard and pen/paper. The lady at reception was always so kind and cheery, made me feel super welcome - thank you:)

A kettle or coffee/ tea making facilities in the room would have been great, but this is a very very minor thing

The hotel sauna was very enjoyable, the location was close to public transport and not far from the centre, and although we had booked a small double, the room was comfortable. The breakfast was standard cold continental breakfast, and the hotel in general was well kept and comfortable.The staff were amenable to making changes to the booking which was appreciated, and the room and breakfast were all good value for money.

The area around the hotel was not very pretty, but it was a short walk or a short trip on public transport to the city centre, so this was a minor thing.Our room was small for a double, but this was properly explained before booking and fine.

The room was very big. Good wifi.Located not very far from the old city and the main train station (around 10mins walking).

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The blanket was quite short (i am 185cm).

The hotel has an excellent location, within one kilometer from Nurnburg Hbf.Room is large, It is very comfortable to stay, there's a kitchen in the room, the tableware is complete. The hotel staff is very friendly. Because it is very inconvenient to take a taxi by Uber in Nurnberg, an amiable lady in the hotel calls a taxi for me every morning when I go out to the Nurnburg Messe. I like the city of Nurnberg. Everything in this city is orderly, friendly to strangers and we feel safe in Nurnburg although it was the first time I went to Nurnburg.

If only the bath towel could be changed every day.

The room was very comfortable, and the stuff made all the difference in the world. They were so helpful, firendly, and nice. The lady showed/ told me some cool sights to see, and places i need to see.10/10, i would highly recommend, and look forward to going back.

The place surprised me nicely. It is close to the main train station with walking distance around 10-15minutes, it offers good breakfast and 24/7 wellness consisting of sauna and fitness room. Keep in mind sauna takes around 0,5-1 hour to get heated, but it can be used non-stop. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly, my late arrival was without any issues with self check-in and the host also contacted me prior to that to confirm if I received all needed information. That was really nice! The place is another 10 minutes from the metro station and 5 minutes from the tram stop. Very convenient bed as well with variety of pillows and nice size for one person - sometimes one person beds tend to be very narrow, this was definitely not the case, I felt like a queen there. :) Highly recommend this practical and pleasant stay, and last but not least, few details like free basket with fruit at the reception make you feel that the owners do care about the guests.

Like many other comments said, the furniture is on the older side, both literally and style-wise. It was, however, in good shape and fully functional. The street was quiet, and only a short walk away from both the train and subway stations. I checked in on weekend, so there was no staff, but I got very clear instructions and there were no issues whatsoever. There were also kiwi in a bowl at the reception along with other fruits! ??The bed had multiple pillows, catering to all the tastes, the fridge was functional, the windows had good insulation and good drapes.The only thing that could become a real problem for somebody was a neon sign right outside my window. Personally, I liked having it, but for some people it could be a huge bother. Then again, there are some very thick drapes on the window, so it can be blocked off.

I only had some minor issues, most of them entirely subjective: for example, I like my mattresses to be harder (it wasn't sagging or old, just a different type, and it was still comfortable), the water pressure wasn't as good as it could be, and the carpeted floor always gives me anxiety about me spilling something on it ?

Hotel is located within the walking distance to U-bahn, HBF and tram. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had utensils.

Big Size Room where I could place my big bags becuase i was there for an expo.

Very friendly staff, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The place is very clean and close to the U-ban and relatively close to the city center, even if you want to go there on foot.

Breakfast was 4**** hotel's breakfast. Typical for Germany with all essential and fresh (bakery).

Located in a very convenient spot and close to the metro station. Room was clean with strong wifi and the showers worked great.

No complaints at all. Everything was good and top notch. If i have to come back to germany this would be the go to hotel for me.

I had a single bed but felt crammed in the room, door lock is a bit funny and I had to help other people with the front door and room door

10 min from Nürnberg Hbf on footMy room included a kitchenette with pans, cutlery and fridge, although it was not mentioned when I booked. Ideal for a longer stay.Breakfast I had not taken, as I left at 05:30.Maybe not quite soundproof but I had a quiet night. I don‘t promise that for your stay.

A solid little soap would be welcome. Only liquid one in bottles is there. Not a complaint, though.
