Best Western Hotel Nurnberg am Hauptbahnhof

Staff were excellent. Welcome. Small things that matter - free Gluvine on arrival, beer in fridge; coffee; ambiance.

Nothing really

The staff were very friendly, and they also offer snacks in the lobby. The room is well equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. They also provide complimentary beers and sparkling water in the refrigerator upon arrival. The heater is adjustable, which is a nice feature.

I was concerned about safety during my stay, as the entrance door and the elevator could be accessed freely by anyone. The location also felt somewhat sketchy, as it is at the back of Nürnberg HBF.

Friendly, welcoming hotel less than ten minutes walk from the station and around twenty minutes to the city centre. Well equipped bedroom. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Offered me coffee and tea right away and stored my luggage so I could step out until check-in time. There were so many extras - coffee and tea in a comfortable sitting area, and in my room. There were take-away cups too for the drinks. Little things like candy at the front desk - it was a great hotel that was very close to the railway station and the Christmas markets, about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was very good, a large selection of sliced meats, cheese, pastries, bread for toasting.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Quiet, tidy

Bed a bit uncomfortable, depressive interior

Reception was nice.

They made a mistake on our room. I booked double beds for two persons, but they could not provide due to full booking. They had only a single room for one person.Employees said to us "sorry" but they ruined my holiday.

The staff was very friendly. They offered us a welcome drink. There was a parking spot in the courtyard. It wasn't far from downtown.

Although the hallway our rooms were in was supposed to be quiet, there was noise that couldn't be ignored.

Fantastic hotel experience! The bed was extremely comfy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended.

The only downside was that my stay was far too short!

Very nice breakfast buffet even if rather expensive. Nice receptionists.

No possibility of an early check in. Ugly neighborhood with having to walk through an under bridge passage not so safe.

Room given are sub standard. Make shift wardrobe is obstructive and take up space. No safe in room. Room decor aged….

Breakfast is ok.

Location close to the train station. Room quite spacious and tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and well maintained rooms in a central location not too far from the city centre. Very small lobby area but good size breakfast restaurant. Good breakfast! Staff was nice. There was even a small commons terrace

Area was not too nice with plenty of rats and rubbish around. This was outside the hotel to be fair but it's definitely not in the nicest place of town. Rooms were a too hot (it was summer) and there is no AC. No parking and you had to spend some time finding a spot.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes from Hbf. The welcome Helles was just perfect after a long journey to Nuremberg. A great experience.

location was great, staff really helpful, great to have on site parking, breakfast was fresh and amazing

the hotel was perfect for our needs

Excellent and friendly staff with a clean, large and comfortable room. The location was great, with a short walk to the train station and old town. The breakfast buffet was filling and delicious. The free drinks (especially beers) were well appreciated after a long day of travel, as were the gummy treats. Would highly recommend staying here

Very friendly staff, free beer and water in fridge and free coffee in am and enjoyed a cup of tea in my room after dinner. Room large and clean bathroom.

A little further from the train station than I hoped.

Very warm welcome, drinks in fridge with tea, coffee & kettle in room. Very clean & close to tram & train. Friendly staff , always available. Would recommend a stay.
