Hotel Five

The size of our room and location were excellent for Christmas markets

Smoking right outside our window

Quaint. Quiet Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast included- hot and chest service

Loved the property

Clean... spacious.. staff was friendly... great location foe my 1st Christkindlesmarkt... restaurant was great and location to other great restaurants in the area

Shower should be expanded since there is definately enough room in the bathroom.

Very comfortable, spacious, with amazing breakfast at attached diner, with amazing location to castle and plaza! Parking garage available with reservation. Safe location. Super friendly staff!

Construction outside front of hotel made checking in (before parking garage availability), but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Apparently it will be a nice pedestrian friendly walk way soon!

The morning Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Room was clean. The location of the hotel was great

Room was pretty comfortable with a comfortable bed. On site dining was good. Parking was not on-site but nearby.

Communication from the staff member on-site was not the greatest but we were able to find our way to the hotel despite construction and other road disruptions in the area. Parking is not super convenient to access.

Good, however you have to order from a small menu, and yes it was still inclusive in the cost of the hotel. Once they were super later in bringing our food, and we had to get up and leave, but they apologized and I think that was the least they could do. So, apology accepted.

Nothing in perticular.

Location

Staff was very unhelpful. I asked for a parking and she said it’s full so I asked for the nearest parking all she said I don’t know with an attitude

We booked this property because of location. The rooms were not big, but adequate for the one night. The little outdoor balcony was useful to us as we did some hand washing and were able to dry to clothes quickly outside. Staff were helpful and the restaurant downstairs was handy for a light meal and beverage.

There was unexpected construction taking place right in front of the hotel which made for a bit of noise and congestion, but bearable as the hotel put our rooms in the back facing a courtyard.

Very well located, in walking range for restaurants, historical locations and Durer platz. Very polite, prepared and ready to help staff. Very good breakfast in own location

During our stay, sewer pipe infrastructure rehabilitations were carried out right in front of the hotel. Not property fault, but even with all windows closed, noise was quite disconforting

Great property. Spacious room. Good restaurant. Caring and friendly staff.

Difficult to find due to construction.

Great location (inside old town, a few minutes from the City Hall), spacious room and bathroom, very helpful and friendly staff, new interior...

Not a complaint - breakfast was not buffet-style, but you order what you want (you can order as much as you want)

Hotel is situated a few steps from center, room was just as I asked, on the quiet part, but the church bells were there, had a balcony, many sockets, large bathroom, good breakfast.

Parking was a few steps away

Spacious room, they thought of all the details, a small stool in the bathroom. They had a place in the shower for you to put things. The air conditioning was great.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable

Very spacious and beautifully furnished room, huge bathroom with a window. Great breakfast a la carte, many choices. Private underground parking near by. Perfect location.

I was surprised to learn that coffee and tea in the room were additionally charged. The reception staff was not always available, as they share their duties between the reception itself and the restaurant.

Perfect location, just on the edge of downtown (old town), easily reachable by walking. Train station is ca. 15min walking. Spacious rooms with a large queen size bed. The breakfast has the best croissant I ever tasted. The staff was waiting for me even after 11pm when I arrived by train.

Great location, nice service and very friendly in additional the best Hamburger we had

Location. The bed was comfortable.

Too much to mention. The reception area was about the size of a bedroom closet. There was no one working at the desk. Someone from the adjacent restaurant had to assist me. The elevator barely fit myself and luggage. My room had a backdoor leading to a fire escape making me feel uncomfortable about the security of my room. It was LOUD. I could hear the kitchen restaurant and loud customers during open hours. I asked for a scheduled taxi for my 6:30 am checkout and it never appeared. I told the "reception person" that I would be checking out at 6:30 in the morning and I was never advised that NO ONE would be there until 7 am. So upon checkout I had to give my room key to a person who was cleaning the restaurant.

Hotel location, room set up, cleanliness, comfort, staff friendliness, great breakfast

Nothing to add
