Clean and spacious apartmentThe apartment was clean and spacious, which I really appreciated. However, several amenities were missing, and there is no elevator — I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor.It would be much better if the host could add a refrigerator and a kettle. Other essentials like toilet paper, coffee, and tea were also very limited, only enough for one person.Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The check-in and check-out process was super easy and streamlined using the monitor at the main entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and everything felt new and clean. There was also a booklet with information regarding the property and things to see in the area, which was super nice.

It might be nice to have a more versatile option for the morning caffeine fix. The coffee machine was limited to specific pods, and only two pods were provided. Having a kettle with teas and powered coffee available could be a more accommodating solution.

Not clean at all

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room during my stay. The towels had several noticeable stains, which made them feel unhygienic. Additionally, the bathroom drain was not working properly, the water took a very long time to go down, making it difficult to take a proper shower. I expected better maintenance and cleanliness standards from this hotel.

The thermostat makes the temperature a bit uncomfortable abut everything else was fine.

Newly renovated. Nice decor in the room. Well lit. Feels new and warm, good heating. Good location close to the tram.

The pillows are not comfortable at all. There is very little storage space, no closet, very little space to hang clothes. I had to use my international phone (expensive) to check in because the check in screen was not finding my booking. The same problem when checking out. Why do i have to put that extra cost for a simple process like check in or check out. Toilet was clean and bed sheets and towels were clean but the floor was not so clean.

The rooms are of good size and the hotel is quiet. Very little sound was heard from adjacent rooms. Check-in was easy and automatic. there is no reception desk, only a machine that issues your key cards. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The building is new and very clean. The underground station is approximately 7-10 minutes by foot, and the tickets can be bought on the machine in front of the station. The neighbourhood is calm.

Initially, when we visited the room we bought, there was a slight issue with cleanliness (one bottle of water was open and there were some hairs on the bed), and we asked to switch the rooms. A person from the reception was very happy to help and they apologized for this issue. The new room was very clean and we had no issues. We also did not see an elevator, but we did not really need it, so I would not count it as a negative thing.

The hotel is located in a quiet avenue not far from a street and a tram station. The room is reasonably sized, the bed is OK, the amenities are basic but sufficient for a short stay. It was mostly clean.

Please check the coffee machine - the tray was full of dirty water and the spent capsules from previous guests. Yuck. The electronic check-in process was unnecessary complicated. It was easier to check-in again at the panel below to get the keycards, for example. All emails with instructions were in German only, what did not help either.

It was clean, and what I liked most was that the check in and check out is done by yourself no reception needed. You can do it on the website or on a screen exactly at the building entrance.

Very warm and nice inside. Nothing to complain to be honest. Liked it. Good value for money.

My chair collapsed when I sat down so I fell off the ground.When I checked the chair, the leg did not have a screw.

The hotel was close to public transportation and shops. The bed was very comfortable. Soap was provided.

The only thing I did not like was there is a courtyard and people smoke there and the smoke came right into room.

Very clean and modern. Good sized room and bathroom. No staff, but check-in and check-out via machine was straightforward.

It’s very hot inside the room, even if you open a window for the entire night while it’s raining!location is not in city centre, it’s 3 stops on a tram. There are no restaurants except a kebab shop nearby. Sheet of the bed was with some yellow old stains. When you are sleeping you kind of leaning with your head down(maybe has to do with the mattress)

The room was perfectly clean, everything was quite new and well kept. Localization is also very good for going to the old town and back.

There could be a small fridge in the room for travellers that choose to eat their own food. Also, the automatic check-in machine could note, that the pin lock at the entrance is also a card reader. Me and other tourists were puzzled for several minutes before we found how to enter.

Spacious, modern and comfortable

I visited in summer and it was so hot in the room with no way to cool it, no AC or even a fan. Very hot and sticky nights struggling to fall asleep
