Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg

Cleanliness. Wonderful spa and restaurant. Location to Old City.

Hotel in good location but is dated.

Hotel staff failed to clean my room while I was out and returned aroumd 7 PM. Front reception sent a maintenance man to change sheets, towels and take out trash. Simple solution would have to move me to another room. No explanation or apology given.

Everything was great. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good lounge and close to everything.

Arrived at this business-travellers paradise after more than twenty five hours non-stop journey from Key West, Florida. Dead tired, incapable of doing anything. Had two outstanding German beers at the excellent hotel bar, followed by ten hours of sleep in a large, quiet and immensely comfortable room. No. 302, by the way. Left in the morning, completely rejuvenated and ready to face just about anything, Czech motorways included. A perfect ten.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Carlton Nuremberg!The hotel was perfectly located to explore the beautiful city of Nuremberg! The facilities were fabulous and the staff, especially at the breakfast room, anticipated our every need to ensure our satisfaction!

Can’t imagine anything we would change! We would definitely stay at the Carlton next time we come to Nurenberg! Highly recommend this property!

Decent design concept

HVAC system was terrible, the drainage from shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom when used , no safety procedures in place of windows opened, mattress were very very hard, refrigerator was lacking in cooling system, the tv was not functional for guests that are not German and couldn’t change language or close captioning, breakfast was $25 a person.

The size of the twin beds, the large room, cleanliness and helpful staff. The breakfast room staff were exceptional, quickly got to know us and our preferences. Greeted us as individuals, made our stay most enjoyable. Reception and concierge just as good.

Friendly efficient check-in. Room was large, quiet and clean. Good selection of food at breakfast. Good location, walkable to the centre of the old town, and nearby u-bahn stations. Convenient for central train station with good connection to the airport.

On 2 of our 3 mornings, breakfast service was good, but on Sunday morning the restaurant was crowded, the overflow area in the bar was not set up or waited on, and staff appeared overwhelmed.

Hotel is well located for easy access to the train station. And easy walking distance to many attractions.The service level of every staff member was exceptional from the minute we arrived. I fell very unwell during our stay, the staff were hugely empathetic and helpful contacting dozens of clinics trying to find us medical help.We are very thankful.

The hotel is well maintained but is a little dated. It could do with a modernising in the bathrooms.

The hotel was in a great location. Room was spacious and clean. The spa massage was pleasant. Overall a great stay

There is nothing not to like about this hotel from the reception to the top floor bar and spa!

The service was great very responsive in a timely manner. All staff had great customer service especially Emad and Yosef.

Breakfast was really good!

Hotel and especially the room starting to look and feel a bit old fashioned. Offering Nescafe and a water boiler is not fitting for this quality of hotel. A Nespresso machine in the room is the norm you need to meet.

Is a very well located hotel for city center Nuremberg. The staff is kind and attentive. The breakfast is efficient and nice (although not 5 star but the price is also not 5 star really so very fine)

Is getting old the building, fittings snd decorations. It really feels like a 4 start business hotel.

very good vegan options for breakfast, staff very helpful ( thank you Cookie) and the location is just perfect for a quick getaway : 3 minutes to the central train station
