Clean, nice comfortable room, just inside old city walls

Staff workers are not friendly

The place is easily accessible, the rooms are confortable and clean

The windows are not well isolated, and our room had a view on a busy road, quite noisy. We got woken up because of the noise over the night. The blinds were broken, so it didn't help.The double bed was 2 single beds put together, with individual blankets, which wasn't the most confortable.

Staff is very friendly and good. Place is nice price is also suitable and good. Its a clean and nice.

Human approach of reception personel I came at 11 while check-in is scheduled for 14:00A man at reception check if there is any clean room I can take and let me in .That was very touchy . He even offered Turkish tea as welcome drink !I appreciate being treated as human German „ordnung muss sein” often affect human relations but in this place it was related to facility

The restaurant is wonderful, especially the staff there was incredibly kind and attentive. Room was clean with regular housekeeping. Shower was very nice with good, hot water.

The location was great; walking distance to the castle and Christmas market. There were cookies available as well as a free water filling station, which was a game changer on our trip.

The room was spacious, had a mini fridge, helpful and kind staff, great room ambiance.

In winter, after checking in the hotel at 11 p.m., I found that the heating wasn’t working even though it was turned on. I had to sleep with two layers of blankets. (No reception, no service at all)In the morning, when I wake up,, the heating works.

The hotel was great, even though it would have been a nicer to have a person for check-in instead of the kiosk outside. However, it worked well. Everything was great and clean. Plus, it was well located.

I wasn't a huge fan of the kiosk to check in outside. It would be nice to have someone at the front desk instead, but it did work.

About self checkin, a little bit difficult when I input booking code many time but it is not correct, dont know why. When I input the name, it works

The check-in was super easy, we did it in the "kiosk" and had no issues at all. The location is great, you are well connected to the U-bahn or walking distance to main attractions, bars, restaurants. The entry and our room were clean, everything super fine. It is a small hotel but honestly everything was good. We parked in Jakobsmarkt and they gave us a QR code in the end to get a 2€ discount per day.

The little ventilator in our room was not enough!! It was so so so hot, we needed to open the windows all day/night and it still felt super hot. Honestly, given the recent temperatures, air conditioning is necessary. Also, I recevied like 10 messages from the hotel via Booking, about completing the registration through an independent link, otherwise they would cancel my reservation. It was super weird and I think this could lead to something else. Our reservation was fine, even without completing this thing.

Pretty much everything: the room was spacious and clean, and it had a second bedroom which made a long-term travel with my family very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been more substantial, but it was tasty, and the waiters were attentive and friendly.

Scam!!!!!!

This hotel is a scam. The rooms were over 30 degrees Celsius. It was dirty, the toilet was clearly used, and the shower was disgusting. We turned around at the door and had to book a new hotel. Stay away from this hotel."Avoid this place at all costs!
