First of all you are very warmly welcome.The staff was very friendly and professional.The breakfast is top of all the hotels from all the places we are travelling to.We have already been ready 2 times in your hotel, and we are definitely coming back.

It was well located for the tram. Breakfast was good and the room was nice.

Very dated decor in corridors. The pillows were terrible! Even with three they were very uncomfortable.

The room was very comfortable, a superb breakfast was included and it is a lovely walk through the park and by the river into the centre of Nuremberg.

When we arrived the staff member on the desk was not that friendly. He also failed to remind us that breakfast was included so we sadly did not realise on the first morning and only found out as I had also booked a room for my son to stay on the second night and the lady on the desk told him.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was courteous, attentive, and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The breakfast offered a nice selection and was well prepared. The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly taken care of.The overall value for money was very fair. A nice extra touch was the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby, which really added to the feeling of thoughtful and excellent service.All in all, a pleasant experience and a place we would gladly return to and recommend to others.

Cleanliness, state of maintenance, good breakfast

- Reception did not pick the call, despite calling the property twice at different times the same evening. - Receptionist gave us the wrong breakfast timings, due to which our breakfast forcibly ended at 10 AM instead of the stated 11 AM.- The waiter serving the breakfast hall was emptying loads of bread crumbs from the already used breakfast tables straight to the floor right in front of our eyes.

It was a little away from the center. There was parking, but you had to pay. The sink was a little uncomfortable to use the way it was titled & the faucet was too far. Outdated bathroom. Not like the pictures.

Location was just really good, close to park and central. Easy to walk to the city or take the tram, which is directly in front of the hotel.

Cleanliness under the bed should be more taken care of. I got 2 single beds and as I put them together, I can definitely see that the area was definitely forgotten.

THE MAN WHO CHECKED US IN WAS NOT THAT FRIENDLY AND DID NOT REMIND US ABOUGT BREAKFAST SO WE MISSED I IN THE FIRST MORNING

Excellent location on the tram line, spotless hotel, Christmas decorations were really nice, didn't mind the glass door into the shower as they are not see through. Staff were great, Nuremberg was great. Egg station great. Breakfast substantial. Incredibly comfortable beds, BBC news in English on TV.

Please put a microwave in the breakfast room as food was only tepid not hot.

An easy walk to the old town and Christmas market. Delicious breakfast. All in all an excellent place to stay.
