There is no living room area

Location is very good. Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us to bring the luggages up and down.

No elevator

Location of the Apartment is exceptional, especially to the Kristkindl market and downtown shops and restaurants. The Apartment itself is very spaces and clean.

Unfortunately the Apartment location is in a passenger zone and not accessible by private car (Taxis may have the right to drive through the passenger zone). Suitcases have to be carried from one of the park houses in the vicinity. Also the Location has no elevator, apartments are accessible by stair cases only. Checkin in and key handover done by an automated self-checkin / payment computer located at the entrance of the apartment location.

The breakfast was included and was brilliant. Really enjoyed the restaurant.The beds were SO comfortable, it was warm, and the views were just lovely.

It would been lovely to have had a couch or a lounge to sit around and relax in.

Very central. Right in the old town. Walking everywhere.

From start to finish, the staff were excellent. The communication was very responsive and helpful. One couple were unable to travel with us due to illness and the hotel offered us complimentary breakfasts since there was no refund possible. This was above and beyond and the breakfasts in the restaurant were very good. The location is perfect for exploring the city. It is in the heart of the walking district so be prepared on Saturday for some late night noise. Sound-cancelling ear plugs worked great. The three bedrooms were large and the small kitchen sufficient for us. There is a nice balcony from which to enjoy the view, although the plastic netting does decrease the appeal.

Fabulous location- able to just pop out the door to access Christmas markets, shops and restaurants. Also very conveniently located to train/ bus station.Staff was excellent and provided fresh towels and amenities daily. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family

Amazing location! Christmas markets right around corner. Beds were comfortable.

No elevator!! After arriving I read reviews and comments from the hotel are that they advertise there are no elevators - I disagree - it is buried in the ‘fine print’. We had large suitcases and had to carry them up 70 - YES - 70 steps! The hotel was difficult to locate as there is no clear sign. We didn’t actually ever see anyone from the hotel, we did the online check-in. There was no way to reach anyone after 8pm when they closed - our pillows had no pillow cases - we had to go without them. There is no ‘living area’ to sit. It was simply 3 bedrooms and a kitchen.

The property is well located in the city center, especially if you’re there to visit the Christmas market. The apartment itself is very comfortable with spacious rooms, a nice kitchen and the temperature was very comfortable. There were even ceiling fans which was a great surprise.

There a few challenges about this property that are worth knowing in advance. 1) there is no elevator and even the first floor apartment requires you go up 2 flights of stairs which can be tough with luggage or if someone in your group has mobility limitations. 2) there restaurant where you have breakfast is an actual restaurant open to the public so it can be quite busy and have slow service. 3) there is no lobby or staff so the check in process can feel impersonal and complicated. 4) we were on the guest floor and had major issues with noise from the restaurant below. One night they were blasting music until 11:45 at night. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep. The next night we only heard it until about 7:00 pm. 5) the luggage storage is not secure. You need to carry it up yourself to a large room with no security. This is very unnerving since most people are carrying important items with them when they travel.

Clean and comfortable

We had the top floor apartment and there was no elevator. An older person had a hard time walking the stairs.

The apartment location was excellent and check in and out was simple and fast. Everything we needed was provided and we would absolutely stay again

No elevator to walk up to 4th floor

Two bedrooms, each one spacious, each had a TV, ceiling fan, good size bed, desk.Small kitchen with fridge. Nice views out the windows. Excellent location, right in city center, on main street. 10 min walk to train station.Great value

Shower was very small. Not a deal breaker, but if you're on the larger side, that could be difficult.

The appartment was excellent for a large family, the service at the bar and breakfast exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

The place claimed a parking but there was only a separately paid parking nearby.

If I could give this accommodation a 100 stars, I would. let me begin with how large and clean and comfortable the apt was. It was easy to get to from the train station (1stop) and incredibly centrally located and walkable to all the wonderful sites of Nuremberg. I cannot tell you how wonderful this accommodation was at Das Paul. BRAVO!!!

LocationSize of rooms

Cleanliness - there was hair on all hard flooring, we can only imagine what the carpet has on it. Water closet - narrow. Also, there is a sink to wash hands but no place to have a towel. Storage - 70% of the wardrobes are used for supplies for the cleaners. The wardrobes should be available for the guests. If guests have to bring their items up the stairs, the staff can bring their supplies up the stairs. The bathroom had a negative aroma that permeated throughout the space. No common areaKitchen - no microwave and only one large knife with no other cutting instruments.

The apartment was in a wonderful location. You're in the city centre with everything around you. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with was brilliant. Was clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There weren't any staff to talk to as it was all online but the communication was good and the cleaning team were really efficient.

Although the parking was close by not having parking for the hotel cost us a fortune. The shower room was really small and poorly designed when it was built. But that doesn't change that it did what it needed to do, still had a good shower in it and did the job.

Central location. The manager was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to eat. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great - not the usual buffet, but choosing one item from a menu.

Loved the view from the back side of the apartment overlooking the river. Truly a river view. Wasn't thrilled with the net over the balcony, but I am sure that was to keep birds off. It was a great location for touring downtown Nuremburg.

We had a little trouble finding the right door to enter our unit, but got help from someone with the facility pretty quickly. There was a little bit of an odd odor in our unit, but wasn't bothersome to most of our group. We happened to be there for Blue Nights weekend, so it was noisy until late from the front side of the unit. Just bad timing for us.
