Expensive for what you get. Breakfast very mediocre. Bedrooms tired. Had expected so much more. Basically it is not much better than a good budget hotel, which you would have paid half the price.

Breakfast was excellent (crispy bacon!). Parking garage was excellent - easy entry/exit and spaces for larger SUVs like ours. Best parking we encountered on our 2-week trip. Warm duvet (pillows were very basic).Great location.

Very dim bathroom light. Only hotel offering espresso drinks for a fee - free every other place we've stayed.

Ideally situated near the Christmas Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived late due to flight delays. The chap on reception was welcoming and couldn't do enough to help me!

Very quiet and comfortable. One of the staff members we interacted with when we first arrived to ask about parking was grumpy and shouldn't be allowed to talk to guests.

Parking is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Do some research if you drive a small car. The explanation for using the lifts is lacking.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location to explore the Christmas markets. The room was enormous and spacious, which was perfect to unwind in. The location is beautiful, and an easy walk to the markets and nearby sites.

The hotel as a whole was apparently very well run, the room itself was spotless and everything worked perfectly. It shouldn’t be the case you need to say that, but often we overlook a sticky tap, a plug that doesn’t hold water. This hotel had everything covered.The continental breakfast included in the price also means a stay here is excellent value.

Nothing. Some might not appreciate the “traditional” decor, but when it is clean and obviously regularly maintained it makes a pleasant change and in fact fits in with the local environment.

Location is Perfect .

but Sauna is not Clean. an in Bed I see Hair. This is not Good enough.

Room was quite small & rather disappointing for £200 per night.

Everything was great! The location was the main attraction, but the breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. I should have asked for a second pillow, but other than that, it was perfect.

The pillows were too flat. Not a major issue.

It was fairly well located.

Dire furnishings and decor. My daughter’s room was the width of the bed its self; not fit to charge money for as far as I’m concerned. Also if you’re coming from the train station with luggage, it’s a long walk on cobblestones to drag a bag!

So close to walk to the Christmas market. Very convenient location.

Pretty much everything. We had a lovely large room at the top with views onto the Duerer Platz and the castle. The beds were super comfortable.

The bathroom light stopped working on our last morning. Not the hotel's fault but just one of those things. The safe didn't work when we arrived but this was then sorted very quickly by installing new batteries. So, no complaints really.

Great breakfast with many options. Items were extremely fresh and refilled regularly. Great location and quiet. Room was nice size for one person.
