The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful. I liked the little touches in the room, such as the bedside reading lamp.

A toilet separate from shower was a bit inconvenient; no sockets at table level or higher as far as I could see.A shelf or a slot for the room card near the front door rather than having to leave it on the table would be also nice.

Location was perfect, very close to main train station and city centre. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. The bar by the lobby was a great spot to sit at the end of the night

Linens and pillows weren’t great but I didn’t think it was worth a complaint

Breakfast is simply perfect - great choice of food, snacks and drinks. Rooms are clean and feel pretty newly made. Location is one of the best in town - right around the corner from the main train station and minutes from Nurnberg downtown.

Convince to the airport, cleanest, modern look, affordable price, good costumer service. Availability of a restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is nice, clean and warm. Located very close to center and the same time very quiet so we had a good rest after lots of walking. Food was good and personal very friendly. Thank you ❤️

Checkin went smoothly and we received a great city map with some directions of what to see while in Nuremberg. Room was comfortable and clean. Even a Christmas chocolate was on the bed. Bathroom was well appointed with toiletries and plenty of towels. Closet had lots of hangers for coats and clothing. Room temperature was quite warm so we needed to crack a window. Breakfast room was great. Lots of egg options and a super coffee machine. I ate plenty of the pretzel christmas trees as well. We were able to check our luggage and return closer to our train departure to fully enjoy the city.

Room temperature kept creeping up but cracking the window helped a good deal.

Breakfast was good. The rooms are clean ? they provide parking nearby for a good price (something like 13€ for 24h, dont remember exactly)

The bed is extra soft. For me that is a nightmare. Couldnt sleep all night. Ended up sleeping on the floor? but this is just my preference so …

The location was great. The breakfast each morning were amazing. The single room was a size.

The front desk is not open during the night and early morning so wake up calls are not available! Being a single traveler I got a single room which was very nice but the bed didn’t have a headboard so the pillows kept falling off.

My bed didn’t even have a headboard. Only staffed till 10 pm - this is when I discover that I have 2 hand towels but no actual towels - how do they get this wrong.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The room in itself was very quiet, although you could hear the staircase doors and other room doors getting closed/banged, but this is just the usual hotel noise. The curtains were doing their job and we were able to sleep in the dark. The heating was working well in the room and in the bath as well. And there was no a/c noise/hum at all. There was a large and small pillow as well for the bed, which is very seldom nowadays. Towels were nice. We had some extra wishes placed at booking and they were met by the staff.

There was only one real chair for two people. Even though the two beds were hunched up to each other, the matrasses had a small gap between them.

I only stayed one night, but everything was fine. My luggage was stored securely after checkout, the room was comfortable, the staff was nice. It was a quick walk to the train station, which was why I chose this place.

The shower, while trendy-looking, is quite small and dark.
