Not having the option to pay for a room without the spa. Small portions at dinner. Very crowded breakfast buffet.

the outdoor pool and sauna were exquisite with the wonderful view. There were multiple saunas inside that we really enjoyed. The dinner was pretty enjoyable. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The room was a little too warm and didn't have any means to regulate the temperature, other than open the balcony door.No tea or coffee in the room.

The facility and location is amazing. The staff is super nice. The spa is also great.

The restaurant is beautiful, but the food is not cooked to order. It is a fixed menu that appears is all prepared in advance and the servers just deliver it. It also felt very rushed.

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay. It is truly in a beautiful location and has one of the best breakfast that could cater for any diet. Dinner at the restaurant was also as good. The room was nice as to be expected from a hotel of it's rating.

However not all was as I thought it would be. That would be my fault for not ticking the boxes. I somehow missed that this hotel is not air-conditioned. Not a problem in winter, but in summer our room was stifling and opening the window made little effect due to the hot day. The other disappointment was the extra charge to use the pool. We were looking forward to cooling down in the pool after a long day's drive and although we knew there was an extra charge we were not expecting 50.00 euro per person. It's not that we couldn't afford it, rather I thought it was too excessive. So we spent that money on cooling down internally.

Spa was spectacular, new, with so many different pools, truly phenomenal.

The non flexibility of the management to move the booking for future , the fact that the spa access is not included, the fact you sign the bill in the restaurant before the meal is finished feels cheap, quality of food average

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Facilities were excellent, room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Food in the restaurant for dinner was also delicious.

The location

Staff invited me to use the external pool and when I was headed to it, some other member of the staff told me I wasn’t able to access it because I had my newborn with me. Now, I get that a facility doesn’t allow infants to access pools after a certain hour, but the disorganization of the staff was embarrassing.

We had a very pleasant stay. If I may I would suggest to rotate some dishes for Breakfast and not having always the same items. There is many kind of cheese, cold cuts fruit, and eggs style that can be served. Coffee quality needs a big improvement!!!!

Great views, very modern and clean. Incredible breakfast with vegan cake and pastry (very rare!!)

The hotel is renewed and very clean,panorama is fantastic,the staff was lovely!We had a weekend with our 2 years old boy and we had such a good time at hotel. Room updated as junior suit by the reception so we appreciated it so much then we had the possibility to use outside pool as well..all the staff is so kind,helpful..reception,restaurant,spa,house keeping they are always smiling..Thank you for all!

The staff are nice and accommodating, nice clean rooms and a full breakfast buffet, hot and cold, with a nice view.

the rooms were very hot and could not make them cooler even turning off the radiators. also, they would not allowed my children to use the outside (not indoor) heated pool even though it was not being used by anyone else, as they were all at the indoor pool. Therefore, not a place recommended for families.
