Pros +
- Stayed in multiple rooms. Unfortunately the air conditioning continued breaking and I had to change rooms. Some issues with hot and cold water. The staff is mostly nice. Definitely the best location in Pordenone, a place I lived for several years.
- The staff are always so helpful, breakfast is amazing, the beds are very comfortable
- The location on the pedestrian-only Old Town is perfect. We parked our car in the hotel's on-site garage (other hotel said parking was "nearby") and then walked everywhere quite easily. It was also very quiet. The lobby is gorgeous and elegant. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms are a little small, bed wasn't super soft, decor was modern, but the bathroom was spacious and had an amazing whirlpool tub. I think the room was called a Deluxe. Courtyard view (photo included) was overlooking the parking lot and a bit of the new town. The room had a kettle and instant coffee, as well as a small fridge (enough room for a small milk for coffee in the morning. The room also included breakfast.
Cons -
- I like softer beds and maybe a little more space in the room. And the price was a little high (more than we paid in Trento at a grand hotel on our next stop). But for the town, the price was competitive, and I think the location was incredible. Definitely good for one night as a stopover.
- Beds are very old and small for tall people
- It was a bit cold at night

Could close door from inside, check lock on room 215 please
This is maybe my favorite hotel because of big, spacious room, somehow humanly, not cold, in the center of the city, but quite, fantastic staff, very good breakfast, and parking place just around the corner.
Very good location , close to the rail station , bars and restaurants.
Very convenient position, clean rooms and helping staff.
the room was quite big and clean
The smoke alarm went off 2 times (i dont smoke)You can feel the metal spring of the bed
Location, breakfast + hotel parking
Nice rich breakfast, gentle workers and smiley faces
Very central
The noise of constraction in the hotel. But they change my room afterwards
Parking place - both outdoor and indoor (a little bit tight).Great cappuccino and various stuffed croissants for the breakfast (there are also other options of course but if you're fan of typical Italian breakfast, you won't be disappointed).Helpful staff.
Rooms are dark a little bit, would deserve brighter main light.
BreaKfast and breakfast staff were very good. Location is great.
Not a fan of centralized a/c. Our room was super hot and every time I tried to to turn down the control, the system would shut off. I asked the front desk staff if they had a portable fan that I could use and they said they did not and at that point she adjusted the a/c from behind the desk. It took a while but room finally cooled down.
Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff, it was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect, we had a fantastic stay. The breakfast was good and the hotel provided one to take with us when catching an early train. The room was spotless and large and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
It was all good, nothing bad to report.
Nice Staff particularly at breakfast time. Good breakfast, clean room and perfect location in the city center. I had a little problem with the reservation and the Director offered me a discount.
There was some noise in the rooms
Nice staff, good breakfast, perfect location to visit Pordenone, located in the city center, 5 minutes walking from the station.
Nothing. Some daily variations for breakfast would be appreciated.
