Cons -
- Its a historic hotel not a lot of it is open and a very thight welcome to italy parking
- the lady who checked me in was harassing me, she was completely not professional to work in the hotel. I kindly ask to think the owners of the hotel to fire her.because of her, the over experience is terrible. she called my room in the morning, open the door to clean and then claimed that she can not because there is a dog inside even though I asked before not to enter my door when I am out for several hours and I don’t need cleaning, when I called to check if there is a space for parking she said “what do you think about yourself, it’s not your home, all places already taken” instead of stating the fact that there is no space.. i was very kind with her and when I checked out she said “I never met such a person like you” I will never stay in this hotelif yoh look at the rating it’s 6 because there is no service and moreover there is harassment

Nothing really
I liked the location, and the nice lady who runs the hotel. It was a pleasant stay and I am willing to stay there again in the future-especially for the international festivals organized by PAFF! I will definitely take my students from PLO60 there :)
Breakfast could have been a little later, maybe till 9 am :)
Location was good in the center of townroom was wery outdated and small, no cofe machine no glasses to drink waterbreakfast widow was to short 0630 to 800
Bed was small and not confortable, no duvet only sheetsno glasses for water, no coffee machineeverything felt old and used even the door card
Location
Very early check out time. Bad breakfast.
Hostess was nice.
My room smelled like cigarettes and made my clothes smell like cigarettes. Lobby was disgusting, with random junk everywhere. The lobby seemed like someone’s dirty living room instead of a hotel lobby. A/C was advertised but didn’t work. Room was dirty, small, and very outdated.
I like only location
Everything, it’s old and dirty, staff is not helpful
Functional room for two nights on a business trip. Window blinds to shut the light out completely. Large desk to work at. You can leave your luggage at the reception after checkout.
For business trips: Let the reception know you need an invoice when checking in. Otherwise, you will only receive a receipt. You might want to bring earplugs - both other guests and outside noise are audible. Breakfast time ends early at 8:30.
Conveniently located hotel, quite large room. Friendly reception. Breakfast included.
Found my room very cold, heating by AC did not work well due to the position of the fan, so part of the room stayed uncomfortably cool over two days. Furniture and decoration not overly appealing, neither modern nor "historic".Coffee at breakfast of low quality, same for bread.
Very comfortable staff was kind, good location
The location is perfect if you're attending events at the Teatro Verdi or just want to be close to downtown. The breakfast is also generous and tasty. The room was good-sized and the bed very large.
The breakfast is absurdly early--from 7 to 8:30am--and check out is at 9:30. There is free parking, but not very much of it, and free wifi, but I had to go back to the front desk to ask for the code and then it kept kicking me out. The pillows were quite hard.
the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
no parkingvery dirtylots of broken amenitiessuper rude staff
Traditional Italian hotel, nice room, comfy!Good enough buffet breakfast!Located centrally and everything shopping/food within 5 min walk
All very nice!
Friendly staff
Loud A/C. Sad breakfast.
The location, independently from the owner.
Anything. The hotel is old, but the management is even worst and the place is in general unclean, unacceptable. Dirty place with rusty shower and WC. Not proper cleaning of the bathroom, no care in disposing the pajamas, missing at all to clean the bathroom, no replacement of soaps and shower caps. Post-it messages everywhere for 'don't' warnings. 40 minutes for breakfast, at fixed time (7:40-8:20 am) and low quality food, nothing fresh, poor diversity in the offer. No parking available although clearly advertised, no front door temporary parking for unloading. Check out at 9:30 am. I am travelling quite a lot and no excuse for the pandemic can allow this low professional level. I have been in several hotels during this pandemic, in several countries, but with good resilience to the situation. Not in this hotel. This hotel does not deserve a single star and most of all does not deserve to be listed in booking.com.
Old and poorly maintained
Very old hotel.Rooms are had very old furnishing and were dirty (used cotton fioc in the bin).Just not worth the price
It's in the centre of town so perfect for tourists.
I was working, so their check-out time had no affect on me. BUT 09:30 is ridiculous for the tourists I mentioned who will enjoy the location. They use Covid as an excuse. However, every other hotel in Pordenone seems to be able to manage with a normal check-out time!
Location is central
Breakfast closes at 8,25 and definitely not worth getting up early for. In fact, of our four night stay the last 2 we had breakfast at a bar. 1 Nescafé pouch, and 1 tea bag, which were not replaced after the first day. Cheap people. Frigo bar,had nothing inside, a bottle of water upon arrival would be worthy of a four star. Check out by 9;30,also not 4 star treatment.
The location.
The bathroom was extremely dirty. You could tell the toilet has not been properly cleaned for months due to the disgusting build up in the toilet. The shower was dirty and despite booking the room to soak in the tub, we passed as we wanted to be in and out. After calling first BEFORE we booked the lady said we could have a late check out as we checked on extremely late due to needing a place to stay as there was a fire at our villa. Once we arrived the guy told us that we must be out at 930, despite what his representative said. Absolutely no human compassion considering we were booking due to a fire and needing the home to air out. After checking in around 12 am imagine the frustration of being greeted with a dirty disgusting bathroom. There was a drop of pee on the toilet also.
