Hotel Santin

Breakfast was good. The location was easy for our trip and plenty of parking available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. They were also very accommodating with certain requests. Room was very clean and modern.

Although we enjoyed our stay I must say that our room was located very close to a nearby apartment building, and unfortunately, we could clearly hear people talking and going about their day.Another issue was the lack of privacy. When we opened the blinds to let in some natural light, we felt completely exposed, as people in the nearby apartments could see straight into our room

Initially I was offered a room on 5th floor which was stinkingly disgusting. I told them about it, room got freshened up but the stench remained. The receptionist who was nice and understanding offered me another nice room

The staff were nice and helpful. I didn't quite like the breakfast, well I was looking for English breakfast and there was none. It was all sweet stuff-brioche, croissant, pancakes, some cereals. Options of fried eggs, bacon, sausages, bake beans would have been nice

Excellent option. Close to the center, and with parking facilities. Welcoming staff, excellent breakfast

The room was quite with space and all comfort

The Staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was good, Euro style, great coffee expresso, etc. Great wifi speed, short walk to downtown.

A bit of street noise, but earplugs helped.

nice breakfastdogs free of chargebig room

noisy in the night

Location, free parking, friendly staff

Water flow in the shower is too low at the highest floor.

Close to the city centre

There was not a smart Tv so we couldaccess Netflix or Prime . There was only normal tv and movies all in Italian language which was very disappointing as at the end of the day we just wanted to chill and watch something.

The location of the hotel.Size of the roomWifi

Lack of cleanliness Breakfast was poor with dirty, unwashed vegetables, dirty cups. I understand that for the price, a big breakfast selection cannot be offered, however basic hygiene is a must.Elevator - it did not feel safe due to sounds, dirty carpet

the facility was excellent but the receptionist was not friendly

the room and breakfast

Location was perfect. Quick walk from station and my music event

Drinks tray very sparseNo coffee.Tea but no milk (they did rectify the milk)

Location close to train station.

The shower leaked and is small

The rooms are clean and comfortable, air-conditioned. It is close to the center. Employees are communicative and professional.

Good bed, good breakfast, good parking, very close to city centre

Shower too small, literally 60x60cm

It was really great that they offered gluten free breakfast options. Not just fruits, also bread and muffins.

The rooms are newly renovated but the doors to the rooms could be replaced as well. They were quite old, wobbly and bent.

Location is near flower fair.

For shure the breakfast and also cleaning of the dining place

Room very clean, organized, good breakfast and great location!

Breakfast and staff

Very poor room, bathroom disgusting, poor cleaning, horrible room and bed sheets, my husband killed insects 4 times…will get an airbnb next time or stay in another city, don’t recommend this hotel at all

Room was spacious and clean, noiseless and air conditioner worked.Breakfast very good! WiFi is worked OK.Location OK, near to train station.

Car park was big and free, beds were comfortable

Bathroom wasnt very clean, long dark hair on floor (not ours as we have short grey hair), cobwebs on bathroom ceiling and paint peeling on walls, shower leaked, bathroom sliding door had come off its hanger, door to our room from corridor was difficult to shut without slamming it, and our room wasn't very clean. The lift felt unsafe as it kept making grinding noises and wasn't a smooth ride. We only stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave...we didn't even stay for breakfast!
