Pros +
- - Extremly nice and attentive staff- Extremly good location, very central in Vittorio Veneto- Good parking possibility- Spacious and well-equipped bathrooms
- Very nice location, big rooms, restaurant near river, nice atmosphere, overall a very nice experience.
- Helpful staff. Clean, good breakfast
Cons -
- - Lift was not working during our stay- Central heating- No full blackouts in the room
- AC wad turned off for season on 34C day. Made the room a hot box even with a fan
- On the downside, we had a frustrating start: upon arrival there was no one at the reception desk, even though we had indicated our arrival time in advance and the website mentioned that reception was open until 11 p.m. We ended up circling around the hotel for about 15 minutes before someone showed up. Additionally, our room faced the back parking lot, which wasn’t the most scenic view.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we spoke no Italian.
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options and the big plus for me was the hot dishes, especially the scrambled eggs. The coffee was also very good. The location worked perfectly as a stop on the way to the Dolomites, and the free parking was a real advantage. The room itself was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom met all expectations.

Comfy bed. Very quiet. Really nice breakfast with excellent espresso. Hotel staff were very nice to interact with.
Only some comments about the restaurant is OK (this does not affect the excellent rating of the hotel). The setting is incredible with the river flowing around you. It's just a bit stodgy - seems artificially trying to be high class and is merely good. When staying here again, I would hope to find an alternative place to eat dinner.
The room was simple but reasonably comfortable, except the twin beds which were pretty bad! The restaurant was good, lovely location and the food was good. There was reasonably secure parking (out of sight of the road) for the motor cycles. Breakfast was good with lovely staff and nice food
Beds were uncomfortable
It was central to the city so walking distance if need be. The restaurant was very good, worth going to. Staff were very friendly.
Found the bed and pillows quite hard. Room quite small but typical of Italian hotels.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Fabulous restaurant
Bed was really firm

Friendly staff, nice location, room was clean. Great place for a short stay.
A little bit high in price.
Passable
There was no correspondence or willingness to help over booking.com. We asked about bike hire, and about taxi's and there was no assistance or willingness to assist.Nothing nearby, but it was close to the venue we had to visit for a wedding.
Spacious rooms. Lidl supermarket just 100yds away. Pretty surroundings. Picturesque (but pricey) onsite restaurant.
0.7 mile walk with suitcases from Soffratta railway station with no public transport links or taxis in 43°C heat.On arrival (4pm) bedroom was 29°C and air-conditioning was slow and inefficient (had only reached 22°C by 7am the following morning) so made for a hot, sticky night with not much sleep. Was not advised that on site restaurant required booking so were left disappointed when we turned up at 8pm and had to settle for an inside table with no air-conditioning.Limited breakfast choice.
Friendly staff, could not be nicer. Very clean hotel. Beautiful restaurant.
Room was very nice. Area was very quite.
Not much choice for breakfast
The breakfast was excellent, full service and fresh tasty foods and coffees. The location next to a walking/hiking trail was an added bonus. Gelataria around the corner and a Lidl food store. The restaurant for dinner is 'fine dining'!
The air conditioning in the room would only allow to turn it down to 23.5C, but it didn't get down to that temperature consistently, it would creep up to over 25C in the room even with the shades drawn.
The location was great. The history of hotel and the town. Staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant’s food was amazing.
Unfortunately we were not aware the hotel would be under construction during our stay. And the hotel is more like a motel. After breakfast nothing was available i until the restaurant opened for dinner.
The breakfast was very good. Location excellent. Service was excellent. Fresh pastries and very good cappucino.
The hotel is located in a pretty and interesting location on the site of a former mill. It is 15 min walk from the centre of the town.
The water in the bathroom cut out when the key card was not inserted in the slot normally associated with lighting.
Great newly renovated hotel in a lovely town. Easy to find, free parking and a great restaurant with local menu. Very generous breakfast. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and it was just what we needed after walking for two days in Venice )). Can't wait to come back!
