Bursa Ulupark Hotel

Pros +

• Nice staff. Very close to tram which goes in a circle around the city so if you get lost just find the tram and it will take you back to the hotel. Close to Kent Meydan and Osmangazi metro station. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways close to the hotel. Two grocery shops next door. Freshly decorated rooms, nice view of the city and mountains from the balcony. 1 min walk from a local mosque

Cons -

• The street itself is full of shops that sell machines and tools so it is not the best for window shopping but the tram takes you to Fawzi Cakmak street and the bazaar so those needs are easily met there. The room could do with some kind of bedside lighting for reading etc before sleeping.
• We booked a non smoking room and when we arrived we were told they didn't have enough beds in a non smoking room so we had to choose between a smoking room or not enough beds and since we have a baby we were given a smoking room. We could not breath in the night and we had a baby with us as well. The bathroom was extremely dirty and no toilet paper or toilet paper holder. There was no extra towels for our hair after a shower and no extra pillows. Overall our stay was very bad and considering the price we paid for 2 nights we got ripped off.
