The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, easily accessible by tram and metro. There were plenty of options for breakfast, so everyone could find something they liked. The hotel has very big parking area.

Room was cold in night time. And cannot adjust temperature from room thermostat.

Overall a very good stay, big room with terrace, nice breakfast and super friendly personal. They have space to store our bikes during the night.

This place is really absolutely a YES! The price is very reasonable, the rooms are very roomy, with balcony, a large very well equipped bathroom. Furniture has some chipped paint but every space is very very clean, towels and sheets smell fresh and amenities are promptly available. Our room really had plenty of space and it was a pity that we stayed only one night. Breakfast is rich and with a good choice of fruit, salumi, sweet pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and healthy (non-chemical) juices. Silence was granted and around the venue there are many places that I hope to visit next time.

May be the fact that it's so close to the main road. But this is also a plus sometimes... so it's not necessarily negative. It's just on the border between the road and the mountainside.

The aircondition. The way it was attached was not handy. The upper level was warm and didn't receive any cold wind, and downstairs was too cold obviously.

There could be more electricity sockets in the room for charging the devices (smartphones etc.)

Location very good near large super market about 300 m and restaurant about 100 m , very good view to garden area.

There is no wardrobe, and air condition is local not central.

Playground was the ticket for the kids after a long drive. Clean, good parking, helpful staff.

The restaurant in the building was not great (not part of the hotel). Also only cold cuts in the breakfast though that is not uncommon in Italy.

If you need to be in Pergine Valsugana, this is a perfect location - golf course next door if that is your thing - easy parking - nice staff - comfortable room - and a pizza place just next door to the lobby

Extremely slow internet in the room (0,5MB download) - very big disappointment, noise in the room, missing eggs and white yoghurt for breakfast (too many sweets).

Easy access to the highway. The staff were all very friendly.
