Villa Elea

Driver the hotel sent for us to the airport was very helpful & kind in answering our questions about Bulgaria. We had a pleasant and safe ride to our hotel! He gave us our keys & said girls at reception can help us next morning but it was not staffed.

I would not stay here again. Site states reception is 24/7. Someone was there on our last day only. Our 2 day we went to reception morning noon & night. No one was there either of the time to help. Hair on sheets & towels. No sofa bed. Room does not slee

The location.

Outdated and distasteful furnishing. The entire apartment is made on the cheap.

Really nice and welcoming host, great location with a really nice small beach 5 minutes away and a great view.

Overall the apartment was nice and clean but I was unpleasantly surprised by a few things. There was only one bug screen in the entire apartment. This meant that when we opened any of the windows there were bugs that came in, such as a big spider we woke up to one morning. I think this would be an easy fix for the apartment. Another thing that was missing was some basic utensils to cook on the electric stove that the room had. Like a spatula or a strainer. Also some of the utensils that were provided were in bad condition. I am nitpicking and we managed with what we had but I think it could be an improvement for the experience.

The host was amazing. She was always on top of things. Great customer service. The views were absolutely perfect.

No coffee maker

The view is great, the host was very nice, good location, little stores and restaurants close by, museums, Old Nessebar is very nice and lively, good food. Parking is close by.

The bed in the bedroom is advertised as a queen bed but there were 2 twin matresses, which, during the night would separate and form a hole in the middle and the couch in the living room was bad. One could feel the metal under the thin mattress and it was very squicky, every time one turned around it would make a very loud noise so we couldn’t rest too well.Our balcony was very small, 2 people barely fit to sit down. We would have liked to have breakfast on the balcony to enjoy the view and the air.

Very good in all ways, from value for money, to cleanliness, hospitality and views!

The location was perfect with an amazing view. The property was as described, spotless, and the host was exceptionally helpful

The location is nice: in the middle of the old Nessebar and right next to the Black sea. The price was cheap compared to the rest of Europe.

I'm not sure if it's cultural, but the service was so incredibly unfriendly. Every time we ran into the service people, there would be just weird stares, no smiles. I'm not even sure what was included in our stay because I saw other people having full breakfast, but any time we would go to the common area, there was no one there and no mention of how to even order breakfast (and during listed hours). The room was basically a bed and a safe (that they didn't know how to work, so we had to figure it out). Very basic amenities.

Nice apartment with view to the sea.

There was a smell of mold in the whole building, which was even more intense in the bathroom of the apartment.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful view from the apartment. Bedroom and bathroom are very nice.

The main door takes a certain technique to lock, which would've been helpful to know before we spent almost an hour trying to get the key out of the lock. The sofa bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and unfortunately meant one of us barely slept and was in a lot of pain. The balcony is tiny. Plug sockets loose, and the property generally needs a little TLC. The apartment is a decent size for 2 people but very cramped with 3 as the sofa bed takes up most of the living space.

Excellent location right in Old Nessebar. Lovely room with great view.

A kettle would have been nice but we found a lovely tea/breakfast place across the road ‘The Hotel St George’

The hotel is in a excellent location for shops and restraunts. Slaveia was a fantastic host along with her colleague both extremely friendly. The apartment was spacious and equipped with most things you needed. Cleanliness was spot on every day. The view from the apartment was brilliant. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. So if you looking for accommodation in old nessebar give this hotel/apartments a try, I am sure you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much. Kevin & Carmen Maria.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was good.

It is small and it cannot fit 6 people as advertised on Booking. Group of 4 people could have more space. The washing machine did not work and a lot of things were broken in the property.

I liked the location on the bayside of the peninsula, and the sea view from the terrace and living room. Tastefully furnished rooms, very clean and comfortable. Quietness disrupted only by the sound of waves and seagulls.

Very well located in Old Town Nessebar. The room are opposite to the street, so it’s quiet.My bathroom was newer and the property was very clean.

The lower rooms are facing the sea but because of the low level, the view is mostly a large parking lot. I was also uncomfortable to let the windows open at night because my balcony was right to the access to the parking, so anyone could enter.

The property is on a perfect location, next to an ancient church, and there is no other property on each of the sides , which make it very exceptional, the only houses are opposite the street. We were in A08 sea view, beautiful apartment with a sofa bed for our kid and a master bedroom for us. There is a kitchen with all necessary utilities. The bathroom is big. The terrace has table and chairs, we had our morning coffee there and it is amazing. In front of us was only the sea and the shorts of Sveti Vlas and Elenite. We are extremely happy with our choice, maybe the best such place we have stayed.
