Very nice hotel, clean rooms. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty. The staff were very friendly.

There was a misunderstanding at check in. I called an advance and requested a certain kind of room (due to my friend's mobility issues) and I was told no problem, all taken care of. At check in, I am told the hotel is full and they can't accommodate us as requested and confirmed. It was very upsetting and I considered leaving the place, but we were tired after a long ride. The manager was very nice and helpful, came to check the room with me and move furniture around. He even comped 2 dinners for us, which made things a little better. The place is right on the beach, has a great view.

More attention to cleaning is needed. When the manager moved the bed to make more room, there was garbage under the bad (dirty tissue, empty bottle of sunscreen, etc). The sheets on one of the twin beds were wrinkled, smelled not fresh, so it is obvious they have not been changed

Well located on the beach, clean, very friendly staff, excellent Thai massage, comfortable bed, excellent buffet breakfast.

Little parking facilities

The hotel is located right in front of the beach. It has it's own well cleaned and cute pool. The restaurant offers good and affordable food and has polite staff.We had a room what was facing the sea and it was amazing.

Pristine clean, the most friendly staff, location is perfect on the beach food is always excellent.

Everything I like it.

The room we stayed in has a gorgeous view of the pool and the sea. The room itself was really nice; the decor feels a little 80's (not a complaint!) It was very clean and the decor was tastefully done. I liked that they had tiles on the floor of the room; it gave it a cool mediterranean feel and probably is easier to thoroughly clean. The bed was a split-king (or a queen?), i.e. two smaller beds combined to make a larger bed. It wasn't a problem for us, but I imagine if you had a small child you might want to be careful of it. I liked that they included two blankets, one for each of us. They included two bottles of water, little candies including Lokum (aka "Turkish delight"), and a small bottle of rosé wine. Really thoughtful touches! The hotel staff were incredible in so many ways. First, we ended up parking in some parking lot away from the hotel and thought we'd have to pay, but a member of the staff drove us over there in a little golf cart and negotiated with the people running the parking lot to have the hotel pay them somehow. In the morning, we tried to get the (excellent, by the way) breakfast, but arrived at 9:45am not realizing it ended at 9:30. We were prepared to admit defeat, but they kept the buffet open so that we could eat. Not necessary, but a super sweet gesture on their part!Around dinner time, they had performers perform various Latin and modern dances, and some of the kids from people staying at the hotel were allowed to participate, too. Frankly, coming from the US I've never seen a hotel hire performers, but it was a neat thing to watch from our balcony overlooking the pool area.

Very clean, daily room service, good and varied breakfast, awesome sea view and almost no bugs. Staff very helpful (even with limited English knowledge). Nice walk along the beach to the old town.

The included sun beds at the beach were not in the best location. Receipts at the beach bar in Bulgarian only, caused some confusion. Path along the beach not properly secured for kids or drunk people, huge drop down to rocks below. Coffee at breakfast not the best.

Hotel was super clean, food was amazing, staff were super welcoming. Definitely recommend! I suggest you go with either 3 or 2 meals included. I went with breakfast only and ended up eating at all meals in the restaurant.

Our stay at this stunning beachfront hotel exceeded all expectations! Perfect location for both tranquility and 5 min walk to local attractions. Spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel and on the beach, wonderful view and very nice atmosphere. Very pleasant beach bar with delicious food and soft music. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant offered fantastic variety of dishes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - friendly, attentive and always smiling! Special thanks to Kiril and all the staff at the reception and in the restaurant!

Room style was too old, breakfast was average

Staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome throughout our whole stay. Special mention to Analia, Vanya, Mihail, Orhan, Sevgi, Lyuba who were wonderful. The food was very tasty and fresh. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and got cleaned every second day. Great sea view on the balcony. Entertainment provided several nights of the week which was enjoyable and at a reasonable hour so you could sleep well. The location was just ideal! We will definitely return!

The balcony didn't provide much privacy due to being connected to neighbours. The shower seemed to leak water out the side of the door so we had to dry the floor after showering.

The breakfast was nice and the location (especially the beach access) of the hotel was unbeatable. We stayed as 3 people and the beds and the space were sufficient and comfortable.

It is not the closest to the Old Town but still manageable.

Pros:1. great location: on the beach with sea view and of Nessebar2. large rooms with balconies

Cons:1. rude reception staff, they barely speak English and then get mad when you don't understand them or they don't understand you2. they clean with bleach and it smells horribly in the room, even the sheets smell of bleach + on the last day they cleaned the bathroom (with bleach of course) and I guess they forgot to wipe the sink because afterward I touched it with my sweater and it got bleached - I made a complaint at the reception and the lady there was very nervous, nothing happened, they either didn't care or she didn't understand me3. food - not the best quality; the restaurant and the bar are 3 stars, I would say it's a fair ranking, but this is not advertised anywhere4. the SPA is open only 2 hours a day and you have to ask them in advance to open it - this could be because we went at the end of September5. pool - small and colder than the sea at the end of September6. the fridge in the room was very noisy, we had to move the furniture to unplug it and there were dust bunnies everywhere; so the cleaning was superficially done7. the walls are pretty thin, I heard someone throwing up in the middle of the night, it was not the most pleasant experience8. the hotel is clearly old and hasn't been renovated in a while; I do not think this is a 4-star hotel; maybe 3, but even that will be generous. Honestly, I do not understand how or why it has such a high ranking...

Perfect sea view, clean rooms, tasty food, friendly staff, underground parking

The view from the balcony is amazing! Really nice to get a bag with the towels which you can take to the beach.

Breakfast was so poor and we were not sure if the food was still fresh and still good to eat, some of it smelled bad. Breakfast was not included in the price and the extra charge for it was really expensive, than better to eat at cities restaurant. Average nightly rate overrated, expensive as well as it was the end of the season. There are many good choices in Bulgaria with better price and breakfast included. TV is old, do not hope to watch netflix unless you do not need the tv. The mirror was not attached to the wall properly and it fault down. Fortunately, it was not attached high and did not crash, but it hurt the foot. The hotel is cozy snd the rooms is enjoyable, but overpriced and needs maintenance. Just one good thing - view form the balcony.
