Pros +
- Food, room and staff were great to interact with! We enjoyed the indoor warm pool as all the other pools are not heated. Staff were friendly and when we wanted to get a room on a higher room the lady at the front desk took a few mins and got us a better room!!
- nice location, well positioned.
- The beach was nice with calm water
Cons -
- Minus is that the food seems to be the same almost every day, gets a bit tiring if you stay for a long time. The outdoor kids pool is not heated, was too cold for the kids to go swimming, or use the smaller kids waterslides. There are signs in the bathrooms that if you want to help save the environment then hang up your towels on the racks then the cleaning staff won't change your towels, but each day no matter where the towels were they would change all towels, even the ones hanging that had only been used once and weren't at all dirty.
- Room (#608) view was pool view, not sea view (ok, we can see the sea if we climb from the balconee, but I payed 200EUR/night for sea view, not for pool view (see the pics attached)Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner are a constant struggle to find a table, and constant noise of cutlery and people moving from places to places. The restaurant might not be able to accomodate the amount of people that were present at that time.Low-avarege food, nothing to justify a 200EUR/night room! Hotel Manager was never to be found - I expressed my disapointment towards the hotel room type and the facilities to the receptionist, and they told me everytime the hotel manager was not available. Sea shore is dirty, full of plants, nobody did anyting to remove it during our stay (see pics) Staff are uninterested in working, all the time on their phones playing, doing their duties with bare minimum. Room interior outdated, not ok beds (they bend very easily, because of the wear), you have back pain after 2 nights. The water slides (the good ones) start around 11AM and end 4PM, with a big "lunch" break... Do we have to have the schedule?? Not fair! It was the second visit to this hotel (the first one 3-4 years ago, thing were better at that time, that is why we come back here) - big mistake!
- I was looking at an almost empty restaurant that had only available reservations 2-3 days away. Didn’t understand why.Small gym with limited choice of weights serving 3 hotels( yes, some people use the gym even on vacation). You need to make a reservation to use the sauna 10 minutes even though there was no one using it at that moment. Limited parking space. Limited ice cream.

Food was okay for the most part, always found something we like. salads and veggies, cheeses and special restaurants (Chinese and Italian) were great. Also the snacks throughout the day were more than enough.Water park and slides were a great attraction, spent there most of the time. The room was big and spacious, nice balcony, not fancy but well maintained and cleaned every day.The kids loved the night shows, always asked to go, every time.Great coffee at the lobby bar (much needed in the morning, better if opened earlier). The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful.
Some of the food was a less impressive (most of the desserts, breads and pastries, some of the fruits, sometimes some of the meat), the Sushi at night is a big NO-NO!Coffee machines could be better if the milk powder wasn't so sweet...The water in the pool contained too much chlorine, so your eyes tend to burn easily. Could be nice if there were real lifeguards around, not just for the slides, and some enforcement of no smoking in the pool areas. Also, as expected, the need to mark seats at the pool early in the morning is quite a chore when coming to a vacation - a little disturbing and taking away from the fun of it.
The hotel has everything you wish, big complex of pools. aquapark for all the ages, a lot of restaurants if you don't want a standard dining room. The variety of the food and the drinks that you can take all over the day is enough. For the whole week - we didn't have any need to go outside the hotel for restaurant or supermarket. The program for kids is very nice and you have variety of shows in the evening. It was very cool. The access to the beach is straight from the pool, and you can take the food with you to the sea, very convenient. The staff is very nice and the rooms are being cleaned everyday !There's a change in the hotel, very good prices !
All inclusive hotel should contain more variety of food for kids in the breakfasts and evenings. There's no diversity and it's expected to have more yogurts and milk products in closed small boxes. Also, the cereals aren't in closed boxes and being dried out with the time. The shower isn't working properly and you had to maintain the correct stream for a long time. The WIFI is very very poor in the rooms and barely worked. The safe isn't for free and you have to pay 7 BGV everyday, it's basic for all inclusive hotels. There are some attractions in the hotel that are still by payment and it's something that should be considered while you're paying for all inclusive. A little bit missing the point.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Family Vacation! We had the most amazing stay at Sol Nessebar Mare All Inclusive from 1st to 7th August, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was clean, safe, and well maintained. The sea view in the background made it even more magical.?️ All-inclusive food: Delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Every meal felt like a feast, and there was always something tasty for everyone – including picky eaters.?️ Beach & Location: Just a short walk to the beach with crystal-clear water and beautiful views. The hotel is perfectly located, close to Nessebar Old Town, but quiet enough for relaxing.?️ Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days.? Entertainment & Staff: From morning to evening, there were great activities for kids and adults alike. - Water slide park.- Proximity to the beach.
- It's total chaos, no one follows the rules. Although jumping into the pools is prohibited, I was injured by a tourist who plowed into my head, because the staff really don't care. From my point of view, the pools are unusable in a civilized way.- The fact that they have internet is a lie. Apparently it exists, but in reality it doesn't work at all.- There are not enough sun loungers, which is why they are "reserved" by tourists from the early hours with towels.- Apparently, even though it's all inclusive, over 50% of the facilities are for a fee. Including the sun loungers on the beach.- The food and drink in particular are of questionable quality.
The Family room are two connected rooms. Great and convenient. There are so many activities and culinary possibilities. The buffet offered a good choice and changed the food choice from day to day. Also, the snack restaurants offered good fast food. I also liked the direct access to the beach. The animation team was great and the cleaning team did a fantastic job. Safe parking
1. The Wifi was terrible. 2. The room door locking system was vulnerable. I had to often pass by the reception desk to renew my room key card. 3. Annoying was for me the fact that they moved all the food at 5pm. I understand that they don’t offer anymore warm fast food, but why they also took away the sweets and fruits. The dinner started at 6.30pm, but if you are used to eat close to 8pm, a little snack around 6pm would have been favorable. 4. The booking of the special restaurants was only accepted at the reception of the partner hotel Palace. 5. The swimming area in the sea was quite small (i.e., restricted due to water sports too close to the beach). I guess this is rather the city‘s responsibility and not from the hotel, but still important to know.
Our kid loved the water park and being so close to the beach. The cotton candy machine was a hit.
We didn't have great experiences with the staff. From the receptionist being annoyed with us asking some questions about the resort to the paella attendant scoffing at us when we asked about what was in each dish. There was also a member of the 'kids club' staff that frequently acted like this was the worst job ever. She was distracting to the other kids club staff during a stage performance and at one point took a toy gun and made inappropriate gestures with it during the kids show. It was then we decided not to bring our kid to any event where that staff member was present.
Everything was close, every day you find some program to do according to your interest. Food was just perfect! But if you miss it, you'll find at some stations small things. Slides are very good and pools are children friendly. Clean rooms, beach towels.
It was confusing why you can't use umbrellas in front of other hotel of the complex, even if they are free. Beach was close, but small. No offer of umbrellas, only for 5*.
An ok all-inclusive hotel.
Staff not very friendly. No dedicated beach with seating for this hotel, only for Palace. The usual problem with people reserving chairs with their towels.
The staff, the waterpark and the room (bit old) but great for kids. They have nice specialized restaurants, and there are so many all-inclusive food options that are well adapted for kids. It was great we will be back for sure.
The food is not suitable for vegetarians since they use butter in everything, even pasta without sauce. The food is fresh but overcooked. But - there are salad and other veggie options, but for hot food, it is a bit problematic for vegetarians.
Location was ok, kids club team was super.
Wi-fi didn't work in our roomCar parking all the time was full and should park the car some 10 min walk from hotelFood was so soKids swimming pool was dirty water
The kids enjooed the waterpark
They woke us up several times before 9am trying to clean thr room There was no spot in the parking when we had already prepaid.Very crowded. If you have issues no one is there to help. They are pretty cluelessNot worth the price we paid
Very attentive, caring and friendly personal. Delicious and varied food.Spacios beautiful hotel territory.Excellent comfortable room.Perfect place - 3 minutes to the seabeachWe are extremly satisfied with our holidays, we highly recomended this hotel everybody, who want to spend perfect, calm, pleasant holidays at the sea.
Rude inappropriate over priced facility
The bed room had ants and bugs The staff where miserable they told me they are working for slave labour 1 live show was very inappropriate with a naked man Most of the local shops are very rude and not welcoming It will not be a place I would return to It will not be a place I would recommend ????
The facilities, value for money, smiles of the restaurant staff.
I booked a room at Sol Mare but when I arrived the hotel was closed. Nobody told me that I was transfered at Sol Bay. The lifeguard from the private beach is a very rude and obnoxious person that should not work at any hotel.
Good
I booked the Mare. They didn't inform me about it is closed, rebooked to a different building. A sorry would be nice. End of season, half of restaurants and bars are closed. Sooner than advertised on website.
Passable
I visited the property for a second time. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and excellent food. Only bad thing this year was that the pools at the slides were dirty, the water was murky (not clean) and green. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool!!! My son got ill after he went in that pool. The beach was full of algae, but this is acceptable. Pure nature. I love this hotel but I had to write this feedback.
