Pros +
- Clean. Very nice staff. Good food
- Right in front of the beach, and walking distance to the old town Comfortable and spacious room, buffet was always changing and they were very nice about my birthday celebration. Will definitely come back :)
- The sea view from my room
Cons -
- It was all good
- The quality of food. We have to bay extras for coffee in the room and parking
- Food became a bit monotonous. Guy making omelets and cooking some of the lunch dishes was very lethargic, slow and obviously bored. He put the omelet mix in the pan with the added ingredients in a lump on top. Didn't mix it, just put a lid on top and got back to his phone! Despite having more than one pan he only cooked one order at a time. Don't know why he was employed.

Location just outside Nessebar wads perfect. Quieter than Sunny Beach but with a lovely sandy beach.Staff were almost all very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities you might need. It does not have a private beach, but it is very close to the Nesebar beach (10 minutes at most) and is also right next to a small beach (without sunbeds). Within walking distance of the old city. The staff was always nice and helpful. The food was really good in general. Some theme nights were really delicious, others could have done better on the food choices. The all-inclusive drinks were also quite OK, even the alcoholic ones. Has an underground parking garage and some outside parking (right in front of the hotel).
Since the pool is on the roof, there were many pigeons that were staying on the roof. One morning, I saw them bathing in the pool and making a lot of mess in the water, it made me not want to get even close to the pool anymore. Maybe something could be done to deter the birds and keep the pool clean. While the overall experience was very positive, the fact that you had to pay a daily fee to use the room safety deposit box was exaggerated, I have not seen that before and was disappointed.
The view from the room was very beautiful, the staff was very kind and friendly.
The room was clean but not pristine. On the night when the food was Latino themed, the meat they used to make the tacos was partially raw (at least in the one I took).
the location was perfect, near a small public beach and very close to the old town, the sea view from the room was fantastic, large balcony and spacious room, very clean, modern and comfortable. the all inclusive had a good variety of food, plenty to choose from, lots of fresh salads, fruits, cheeses and spreads. the sky bar and cocktails were also fun. big thanks to the little birthday surprise the hotel sneaked up to my room, the gesture was greatly appreciated!
we were offered a complimentary a la carte dinner (I think because our stay was for more a week) but it was a very disappointing food experience, hope it was just a bad night for the cook as we've read positive reviews about it. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, it would be useful to have a net on the balcony door (since we enjoyed sleeping with it open to hear the waves) but we've easily resolved the problem with bug spray. Also, the automatic light on from the balcony that cannot be turned off is a bit annoying.
Staff was very good and helpful. All of them wants to do bestHotel is close the old townDinner has some surprise program(Latin dance group, folks group). It was nice Terrace views is amazingGourmet restaurant on top was very nice.I really recommend
Pool can be more clean.Looks little bit dirty!Pool is not for swimming just for enjoyParking area is small and if it’s full you have to bring your car another place
Rooms where really nice and clean. The location excellent
The food, the drinks wasn't that great. Poor diversity of food menu. The hotel didn't offer parking, and they extra charge you for some benefits. Snack bar always had the same food and they reutilese dishes of the snack bar to dinner.
Friendly staff, large room, effective AC, good mix of facilities throghout the hotel, very good food (which is great for an all inclusive), nice location within walking distance to the old town and the beach, sky bar with a great view, reasonable drinks package in all inclusive + reasonably priced premium drinks, evening entertainment (which i don't personally enjoy, but others do).Special mention for a ginger tomcat who frequently visited us :) (1st floor)
Nothing bad in particular. Everything seems either a bit worn out or of below average quality. It doesn't feel like a 4* hotel, but then again, our stay was good anyway. The price is ok considering food quality, but food is generally inexpensive in the area, and so I'm not sure all inclusive makes a lot of sense. There are beautiful places to eat out in the old town. At a similar price tag you could probably stay in a 3* accomodation in most European cities. So I think it was a fair price for peak season, but not a bargain.
You can't be starving or hungry because the hotel's restaurant feeds you well and even more. As to my taste, the food was more than enough and very tasteful. I adored the location so much, - a few steps and you are at a wonderful sandy beach. Also, you can walk to an old town without riding. The hotel isn't new, but the personnel is doing a lot of work to keep it clean and up to standarts. Thank you for our joyful stay.
None to mention
The location is not bad even it is not a beachfront as if you want to go to good beach you need to walk 8-10 min.The top roof pool and the bar!
Definitely it is a 4 stars hotel experience.Everything is obsolete but the biggest problem for me was that all around the hotel and notably in the room it was strong odour coming from the kitchen. There are also some other problems when you try to arrange a parking.
Clean, good location, all inclusive comsept is well implemented. Snack/roof bar open from morning till mid night. Good concept to have different type of foods for everyday.
Cook and some cooks not well done. Example: adana kebap is not well enough.
Pros: Convenient location, well-designed interior layout, spacious rooms, good staff communication and positive attitude, several restaurants offering varied food options, all-day access to food and beverages.
Cons: The room had an unpleasant smell and appeared shabby; while it was clean, the furnishings were old and in need of updating. The bathroom also had an odor, possibly from the restaurant below, despite being 2-3 floors above it. Occasionally, the electricity in the room would go off for an unknown reason (the staff was surprised to hear this). I found that placing my access bracelet in certain places in the room helped avoid this issue. Sometimes, the food, though well-presented, lacked corresponding taste.
It is located in a quiet part of town, close to the old town. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The hotel was perfect in every respect: the meals, drinks, the pleasant, soft music, the helpful and very nice staff, cleanliness, etc. The view from the roof and from the room is amazing. It is a very good choice in terms of value for money, I definitely recommend it to those who do not like the "tourist factory" of the Sunny Beach! Thank you for everything, we hope to come back again!
There is nothing negative.
Amazing location, great food (probably the best I’ve tried in a hotel), clean rooms, comfy beds, very nice rooftop pool with an astonishing view of the old city and the sea.
There was no parking available. I was informed that there are only 15 parking spots in the hotel and this means that most likely you won’t get a spot. Be prepared to pay 12 BGN per night at a nearby paid parking (uncovered).
Guys at the bar, at the kitchen, room ladies, were great. Everyday room was cleaned. Very enjoyable stay
The guys at the reception/parking were poor on communication and problem solving. The bathroom was not ok to due to the door touching the floor and the toilet which was improperly repaired.
Well placed for the beach and Old Town. Excellent pool and views .
Hotel was very clean , staff was very friendly.
There wasn't a big choice of drinks on all inclusive, ( as I don't drink rum , vodka, whiskey) I didn't expect the non-inclusive drinks like Malibu to be over 6lev.
The location is amazing. Sea is few steps from the hotel( there is very small unofficial beach right in front of the hotel (you would need to step over the rocks) or the official beach just few hundred meters of nice walk from the hotel). There is old town Nessebar 10 minute walk. Buses to different locations nearby. You can take a boat to Sunny beach or walk there. The cleaning stuff was AMAZING. I would like to praise Tanya that cleaned my room. Also cooks and waiters were doing great job! The hotel has many nice spots to relax at. The hotel itself is very nicely kept. Definitely great value for money. Food is fresh and you always have fresh vegetables and fruits. No kids nor stag parties, mostly couples or small group of friends, so you can relax.
Sauna would need work on, needs thorough cleaning, maybe putting shower there, some benches. I had a feeling it was out of order and opened just for me.
