Hotel Mistral

The location was fantastic - close to the center and the beach (recommend the South Beach, 15-minute walk). Staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful!!! Breakfast options were tasty & included everything needed. The whole place was very clean & tidy, and our room was cleaned every day. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and the aircon was working well. Recommend a room with a balcony, it's big enough to sit outside & enjoy.

There was nothing particularly bad. The only thing was the bathroom was very small, so everything got wet after a shower, but it wasn't uncomfortable or an issue for us.

the hotel is excellent but parking is always a problem. I fly back to the uk a lot and mostly use this hotel. but this time i booked it and got a confirmation as normal, it was 65lv. when i arrived the old man at the desk insisted that i pay 90lv/ it was late and i could not be bothered to look for another hotel. i will now never stay there again, nor will any of my vivitors - so they will lose approx 16 nights income due to this one beligerant arse.

the insistance that i paid 90lv, when my confirmation was for 65lv, plus the attitude of the old man on reception. having stayed there every time i fly to the uk, plus my guests that visit me do too, this will now stop and we will find an alternative. as i paid with cash, i assume he pocketed the balance, which is small minded considering the ramifications he has caused.

The service is very good, the rooms and public areas very tidy and clean, and the staff is nice and welcoming. In addition, the location is very good, close to the beaches, and also to the very many restaurants in the vicinity.

The arrangement of the bathroom is not good, very small, and every time you take a shower, everything gets wet, including the toilet seat.

A cozy hotel in a fairly busy location. The beach is 10 mins walk away. In the hotel on the 1st floor there is a cafe with a variety of ready-made dishes including traditional ones. We paid extra for breakfast and it was quite good. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel - it was convenient to leave the car there. Special mention should be made of the hotel staff - very attentive, helpful and friendly, helped us with all small questions. A good option for a stopover if you are not a fan of large hotels.

The shower had no walls, it was not very comfortable when the whole floor was left wet. The bed was comfortable, but the bed feet were like specifically designed to meet my foot ))

Location is good, there is a possibility to use parking (around 4 EUR per 24 hours). The rom was clean, big and modern. The cleaning services were provided once a day. The room was acquired by a kettle, hairdryer, classes and cups. The fridge and small movable safe (strongbox) were also in the room. Overall - good stay for 1-2 nights.

Wi-Fi was not always connecting 100%, that lead to some delays in connection.

Considering that it is situated on main traffic road toward old city, it wasn't as noisy as I've expected to be.

Breakfast wasn't much. Aside from eggs, and watermelon, the rest was rather bad. "Croissants" were terrible. And there is no elevator. There is nothing so attractive as when when you are 50 year old, and you have to drag 20 kilos bag 4 floors up.

The bathroom was very small. I had the shower above the toilet.The bad was too soft for me, but this is just my opinion.

The size of the room

We had two wonderful stays at the hotel (once for 4 nights and the second time for 1 night)! The staff was extremely responsive to our questions and requests when choosing a room and amenities! We requested to change rooms and were immediately given access to another room, and on our second stay, we were checked in the morning without any problem. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The location is very good, there are restaurants, bars, an amusement park, a circus, a cultural center "Artium" and the bus stop to and from Sofia is 2-3 minutes away. In 10 minutes you can get to South Beach and 15 minutes to the Old Town.

It was in the very center of the city. Great staff. Clean.

A bit small, no elevator

We loved everything - it was clean, spacious, and the location is great. The room had AC and was freshly renovated. Couldn't be happier!

The breakfast was not very good - we tried it twice (maybe 3 times, I forget), and it tasted stale and without any flavour - and as if the oil that was used for the eggs was extremely old and reused. It almost made me sick the last time. I was very surprised as the rest of the hotel was great. I will stay there again but will not buy the food.

Very good value for money overall - friendly staff, nice and comfy room/beds, good breakfast, parking very close by and walking distance to Nessebar old town

The staff was very welcoming, the room was much bigfer than expected and also gad a kitchen.

The hotel is great value for your money. The staff is exceptionally friendly towards foreigners of all race and nationalities. The food in the city is not great, however in this hotel the food is good. Definitely recommend to visit, especially if you are on a budget holiday.

Great location -5 minutes walk to city beach, 10 minutes to old part of Nesebar. Clean, comfortable room with balcony. Very good standard worth the price. Nice helpful staff. Tasty fresh breakfast every morning. Highly recommended :)

Location was excellent: near the beach snd the old town of Nessebar. We had a big room with the balcony.

There were some small ants in the room….
