Mirage Hotel

Great location - you literally have elevator access to the beach.The rooms are very clean and the towels and sheets were changed daily

Does not have a private beach or even reserved umbrellas/sunbeds for the hotel - we had to get up very early to ensure we could have a place, as spaces were taken up very quickly.Breakfast is not great, there's plenty of food but it's very repetitive

The room was a good size and the view was amazing, from the balcony could see the old town, breakfast was ok and the location was excellent, beach straight under the hotel and walking distance from the old town.

Mattress was too soft.

Room was cosy and sunny. We could see the old city from the balcony. The hotel staff helped us with the parking lot.

Location was great, balcony with perfect view, near to restaurants and coffee shops, walking distance to old city Nesebar. Quite rich open buffet.

The pillows were uncomfortable, towels and linens were very old. But all clean.

It had that '90's resort' charm about it, just felt like a trip in time, which we actually quite enjoyed! The location is fantastic, right on the beach but relatively close to the old town. The staff were all very kind. The breakfast had an excellent choice. Comfortable bed, nice sea view from the balcony. Small bonus but we definitely appreciate it is the bookshelf at the reception.

The view from the flat is amazing and the rooms are spacious

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and there was a funny smell from the furniture and pillows. It seems like nothing has been renovated ever since the hotel was open nearly 20 years ago which is a pity as the location is great. Another example is that all mattresses have dents where people were sleeping which gives you a very uncomfortable feeling. I don't think the view justifies the inadequate treatment we got from staff after we reported multiple problems.

Staff is not very communicative

Breakfast was excellent with many options. The view from the balcony of the beach was wonderful. The access to the beach was so easy. The elevator from the hotel went right to the beautiful beach. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the historic town of Nessebar.

It might have benefitted from a refurbishment.

The location is perfect - right on the South Beach of Nesebar and at about 15 minutes away from the Old Town. There are elavators that take you right down to the beach. The sea view from the terrace is wonderful. The breakfast included a lot of options.

At the time of booking there were no double rooms left, so we booked a studiio, which in my opinion is not worth its price. The sheets and towels were rather old. The bed wasn't of a high quality. The bathtub's drain wasn't working, and the water wasn't able to go down the drain. The good thing is that there was also a shower cabin, which was also a bit clogged, but at least after a minute the water was gone. There was an ant on the bed sheets upon our arrival. During the night, we could hear loudly the sound of the live chalga music from some of the beach's restaurant or bar, even with closed windows and terrace door. At least it didn't last all night.The water glasses in the bathroom weren't the cleanest. The elevators were rather slow, but at least there were 2 elevators available for the hotel, which is better than none.

Excellent location, nice amenities, very comfortable, good pool.

Towels and sheets need an update / upgrade. Breakfast options and could be more offering.

The ambience was so relaxed and the staff so pleasant, efficient and courteous, particularly the receptionist who checked us in.

Absence of dinners

The room is big and the sea view is superb. The bed is also comfortable. The breakfast is more than enough, the staff at the reception very kind.

Excellent location, sea view, nice breakfeast, individual car parking, qualified and kind personnel.

Prefer to get buthrobes in the room.

This hotel is my favorite because they allow pets and you have direct access to the beach by elevator. You have a view of the sea and as well of the old town in Nessebar.The staff is very polite. Breakfast is getting better every year.
