Hotel is an excellent location for public transport, by the beach, in the center. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast OK. There is a hotel restaurant on site with a discount for hotel guests. We highly recommend the hotel.
the manager was very understanding and kindthe location was brilliant
the food could be better it is a nice place.
We got a really good overall experience, the staff is friedly and nice. The restaurant is exeptional, we had breakfast and tried several dishes from the menu, everything was perfectly good.
I stay in this hotel for the second time. The staff is very friendly and nice, cleaning was done regularly quickly and at a convenient time for us (woman that make clean was also very friendly), the food met our expectations and the waiters worked very well and quickly. Hotel is situated right near the sea, and provide free sunbeds. I strongly recommend this hotel!
Location is excellent! It is literally on the beach, we enjoyed our breakfast watching the sea. It's also close to attractions for children such as the AquaPark (which is awesome!) Camel Park and Nessebar. Receptionists were superkind and helpful!
Amount and variety of drinks for breakfast were somewhat limited.
Location really safe and quiet.
Having to pay extra to use room safe!?
The hotel is charming, with a perfect location. The rooms are clean and spacy.
Definitely, the restaurant needs to improve the quality of the food. The breakfast is not varied enough and traditional. Same for dinner.
Great location, great stuff, great food. Thank you. See you again.
The hotel should think about a small present for birthday.
Good location for a vacation.
