- lack of interest of the receptionists- different size of the apartment then on the presentation- broken shower cabin, missing coverage at the repair door to the main pipes. We saw the pipes above the toilet during our whole stay- croaches!- small boiler for a 4 person apartment. Max 2 regular showers and after you have to wait, maybe with the shampoo on you, at least one hour to get a bit of more warm water...completely out of discussion for 4 persons after a day at the beach!!!- noisy over the week-end nights due to the neighbouring restaurant/club up to 6am!!

Great location. Very close to a well-kept beach that wasn’t overcrowded (in late June). Pleasant 15-20min walk along the water to get to old town.

The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable. Could feel every spring in the mattress when you moved. For the price they could really use to upgrade their mattresses. Breakfast selection was fine; however, they don’t have anything to keep the food on the buffet warm. So unless you’re there right when the food is put out the eggs, cooked meats, and other prepared dishes were cold.

The location, staff, it was spacious, great breakfast.Had an extra small request in which the staff were very friendly and helped.The price/quality ratio is very good and definitely worth it.

The shower cabin was leaking water.There wasn't enough warm water for 4 people to shower consecutively, we needed to wait for the tank to refill.In one of the days, one bed sheet that was replaced by the housemaids had multiple yellow stains.However these are small inconveniences that did not impact our lvl of satisfaction.

The location was decent, very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery shopping. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The apartment was spacious and had huge balconies with a partial view of the sea.

The bathrooms had a foul smell coming from the drains. Smell of cigarette smoke was seepingthrough the bathroom vent.The house cleaning did a less than perfect job.

The property was at the good location, clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I liked the gym that is open 24/7.

The staff in reception very helpful and friendly, the rooms were pretty comfortable and the view was amazing! I'm gonna visit it again!

Not a lot

We was in the six floor of this building. And we had a lot of issue with the lift. Cleaning staff was using them most of the morning so we had issue using the lift. I had me 70 year old mother with me who not very steady on her feet and we had a go down the stairs. Swimming pool was freezing as it alway in the shade. Breakfast was very poor and cold. Beds where rock hard staff in the restaurant were very rude. Cup and kettled provide on the room but no tea or coffee. Wouldn’t use this hotel again.

The apartment looked gorgeous. It had a very spacious living room and two large rooms, each with its own advantage, one was closer to the bathroom, and the other had a door directly to the balcony, but you could also reach the balcony from the living room. The hotel was located in a good, quiet area, a 15-minute walk along the seafront to the nessebar old town. A free beach was 2 minutes from the hotel.

The food at breakfast was very good but the same assortments every day, almost nothing changed. The water in the pool was always very cold because it was constantly shaded by the hotel.The cleaning ladies did a very good job, but they came almost every day around 2 PM, when people generally want to rest.

Nice location, near the sea, big and clean apartment. The old Nessebar is fabulous!

The location is perfect, close to the old town and new, close to the beach and many restaurants. The swimming pool was in the shade in the afternoon so not used.

During the stay, there was a techno party in Sunny Beach and we were not able to sleep because of the loud music, maybe better soundproof windows would be a good idea not only for music but also for the street traffic.

Location and value-for-money, the cleaning ladies really did a good job, generally the staff was polite and was striving to be mildly helpful.

The room apartment accommodating 4 ppl, had a minuscule boiler that we did not get instructed how to use and was initially off. When we started to use it, we needed to wait turns of 40-50min for 2 persons. We received only 1 key for the room, at one point we misplaced it, when asking at the reception for a second key to be albe to lock the door, and continue later to look for the first key (to not waste time), they gave us a second key, but we were not treated with empathy, but rather notified that unless we find it until the next day in the morning we'll have to pay 100BGN (About 50 EUR) to have the locks change. We found the key later and returned the second one to the reception. While I understand the idea of replacing the lock, it was not necessary as we clearly specified we misplaced it inside - so I consider this behavior an unnecessary hassle and an exploit to make money of a customer in need instead of helping.Breakfast was a budget and repetitive one, not really for ppl on holiday, but on the other hand it was not expensive.

Excellent location with a friendly staff and a clean pool. The rooms are mostly clean, though inconsistent with replenishing toiletries and cleaning dishes. Breakfast has a decent variety but lacks vegan options and fresh juices. The Manager was extremely helpful when we asked to move rooms due to space issues. To sum up:Location: The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beach, with a charming seaside promenade to the Old Heritage Site in Nesebar, about a 20-minute walk or a short train ride away. Nearby, there are numerous small restaurants, cafes, beach accessory huts, and mini supermarkets.Staff: The staff is very friendly, though they barely speak English. The cleaning staff are also friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily.Price: The hotel is budget-friendly, offering good value for money.Pool: The pool is clean, although the sun loungers lack cushions, making them uncomfortable to lie on. The pool is not heated, but once you are in, it is okay.Breakfast: There is a variety of breakfast options including a warm selection with sausage, bacon, fried and scrambled eggs, cereals, cakes, and muffins. Fresh fruit options like melon, peaches, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives are available, alongside a coffee machine with numerous options and a variety of teas.Rooms; There are small fridges in the rooms, kettles and 2 cups and 2 glasses.

Room Service: There is inconsistency in refilling soaps and shampoos and replacing dirty cups and saucers in the rooms.Breakfast: The breakfast selection is limited, not vegan-friendly, and the juices are from extracts rather than fresh. There is only one non-dairy milk option.The decor and furniture is a bit dated and there seem to be a lot of small things that do not work, like interior or balcony doors not closing properly, not enough wall sockets and no modern USB facilities, secured WiFi, but for the costs, it is okay.

Very nice staff and clean room. Could park in front of the building and there is a non-stop supermarket behind the building. Close to many restaurants and less than 10min walk to the beach. It was quiet at night. The boiler was big enough that all 4 of us could shower without running out of water. They even provided a cloths rack on the balcony to dry our cloths.

The double bad had 2 separate mattresses that would slide apart.

The location, the pool

Wasn’t very clean, i had to ask to vacuum one more time the entire room when i checked in cause there was a lot of black hair on the floor from the cleaning ladies. The check in guy from the reception was lost when i asked different things in english… so his english was so bad, but the manager saved the day. You run out of hot water very fast because they have a really small boiler in the bathrooms. The internet was working extremely slow, and one of the tv did not have a correct position to face the bed, it was on the right side of the bed so i had to use two chairs to turn it to the bed , so i can watch it. The breakfast was a buffet, not too many options, so i had only some veggies, 3 types of eggs, boiled fried and omelettes, plus some ham and cheese. Almost the entire crew didn t speak english! At least the ones from the restaurant were blank when i talked to them.

The fact that I had to go down to the reception to complain about the cleaning so that it would be cleaned properly....The fact that the bathroom is equipped with an undersized boiler for hot water. In a suite with one bedroom we stayed a family with two children, girls, only two members of the family managed to shower with hot water....The fact that water was coming out from under the shower cabin and there was a lake in the whole bathroom......The fact that the staff do not know English.....Breakfast is very basic for 150 EUR/night....The fact that the water in the pool was extremely cold...

Close to the beach, good breakfast and the restaurant's hotel Attica had good dishes and fair prices.
