Pros +
- The hotel needs to be updated.
- I really aprecciated that the manager allowed us to stay in the suite with all the kids. Also, that the table manager allowed us to put together 2 tables to eat. The suite was quite big. Also i liked that the downstairs bathrooms were clean.
- Nothing at all
Cons -
- Small room, missing closed.
- This is a decent hotel, the repport money - value it's fair. The parking: at the hote is 20 leva per night, payable at check in, another parking close by is 8 leva, and at check in they say that they have a free parking but is at 300m, actually is nearer. There are 3 pools, nice, but without music or any entertainment. The all imclusive is not that all inclusive: at each meal you can have like 2 kinds of meals with meat, for example. The food let'say is decent, but very poor in choices.
- Staff was looking at guests ,like they are disgusted of them . Food was awful , every day same dishes, stinky chewy meat and pasta, from fruit it's just oranges and grapefruit, for cocktails need to pay extra ,ice-cream was provided just one hour per day, pool closing at 18:00. Not enough table's for guests at dinning area. Rooms dusty , bed fool of hair's ... Bathroom stink

- great location (close to the bus stop, beach, supermarket, center of new town) - the room was clean and cleaned every day (clean towels every second day and they also once changed bed linen during our one week stay ) - cleaning ladies were really nice and always say good morning to us - food was very good for me (a lot of vegetables and fruit)
- the staff in the bar and restaurant should learn how to say good morning, hello etc., they were just staring at the guests withou saying anything - bed in our room was very uncomfortable and short for person taller than 1,8 m - wifi in the room was very weak, because there was just one router for the floor and it was unfortunatelly on the other side of our floor
Friendly staff members
No cable... tv wires were loose and not secure. Bed covers seemed worn. It would 've been better without them. 1 chair would 've been handy inside the room.
It is a big hotel and walk to the Old Nessebar takes around 20 min, not to far. Beach is close, some 10 min walk. I did not use swimming pool. My parking was sorted out and I got a key form another parking nearby, it was ok. One lady in reception spoke very good english, but other 2 were difficult to communicate to.
No shower curtains in the shower- but it seems to be a traditional thing in Bulgaria. Many hotels don't have it. No tourist information in the hotel.
Location
Cold and low quality food, internet unstable, partial cleaning of room, loud music early in the morning at breakfast. Breakfast should start at 7 and restaurant stuff should speak English.
Staff is friendly. Pools are good. Drinks are ok.
Foods are not enough. Especially if you are Muslim, don't choose this one because every meal they serve 3-4 kind of pork and if you are lucky 1 kind of chicken. They are serving spagetthi with ham. Even they are serving salads with ham (not always) I think they use hams from breakfast, it is of course normal but they have to think because they have many Turkish customers. Car park is always full. Wifi is not working well. Some days it was off for 2-3 hours.
The location is excelent. The place was 3 min away from the beach and a 30 min from the old town. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
The parking space was small and full, so we had to park somewhere near the hotel.
Delicious food, good wine nd Rakia
Very nice pools. Excellent food for every meal. Polite personel.
The rooms were decent. The hotel is close to the old town and the beach. The pools were nice.
There weren't many types of food and some were tasteless. The drinks were bad.The pool is closed by 6pm.The dinner only lasts 1 hour.We had to wait sometimes a long time for the elevatore.
The location is very convenient for the beach, the old town can also be reached pretty quickly. The balcony and the view were good. Overall the room was nice.
We found sand in our sheets on the day we arrived (assuming that these were the fresh sheets). Also, the room wasn't as quiet as we thought...
The view was nice, the location was also close to the beach and it has all the facilities you would need.
The rooms weren't that clean, the shower is a bit inconvenient as it doesn't have a cabin, the food was tasteless and not that diverse, and none of the staffs respected COVID-19 measures (they didn't even wear masks or gloves when handling food).
The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is good.
The food and drinks they offer with their All Inclusive package are under criticism. No measures are observed regarding the pandemic, in the restaurant people push each other in a line to get food. The staff does not wear masks. The food is not fresh, the alcohol is fake and the only thing you can get is poisoning. I absolutely dont recommend this hotel.
I like location, staff and food
The room has a problem with drain - bathroom. The toilet had blocked and couldnt splash the water. I informed lady on the reception desk and she solve the problem very quickly. Thanks
Great staff, super close to the beach. There is a supermarket just across the street. Really close to the Nessebar island (worth visiting!)
Awesome view if youre facing the sea, great location. The room was nice - it was a bit noisy if you prefer to sleep with the door open.
A bit difficult to access the mIn entry from the street due to many cars parked in front very close to each other. The cleaning maids were quite noisy while cleaning the rooms early in the morning which was a bit annoying.
Very helpfull personel. Close to old nessebyr. Unfortunetly there were bugs in our bed. Our daugther was bitten hopefully not strong. For us it was good for one night and bugs are typical in such kind of place - big hotel many people.
The rooms are very clean and nice, the stuff were friendly and positive. The beach is 3 minutes by walking. The old town is 15 minutes by walking, next to the hotel there is a big supermarket. Strongly recommend!
The restaurant, the food wasn't tasty and almost no choice
