Prince Cyril Hotel

Nice location in Old Town, relatively quiet vs. other areas, good access from the street, and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. It looks recently refurbished.

The cleanliness needs to be improved; there were stains on both the pillows and towels. While the main room seems recently refurbished, the bathroom was a bit odd and old/communist style looking. Not having basic ammenities like a hair dryer also put us off.

It was in the middle of Old Town Nesebar, a magical place.

We were there in low season and had parking, but parking would not be available in peak season. That is understandable, given limited space in Old Town.

Good location, within walking distance to any visiting site. Parking place next to the hotel. Quiet and comfortable.

The place, the spacious rooms and the friendliness of the staff.

This is not about the hotel It's about the guests who smoke in their rooms, not respecting the hotel's rules. I could smell the cigarettes and it woke me up several times at night.No smoking rules should be stricter!

The young lady that checked us in was a very nice and welcoming individual! The room was lovely and modern and super clean!The location is fabulous! we were very pleased to be able to park our scooter right outside the hotel!

- unfortunately this is not a hotel but an airbnb- they changed our towels only once and we stayed for 5 nights and you have to take the trash by yourself - they don’t even change your sheets for the whole stay- you have a mop in the bathroom and you clean by yourself - they don’t clean the room, not even once- poor services …they have a phone number at the hotel but they don’t answer- they don’t have a parking and you need to leave the car at the public parking and you need to pay the parking ( for 6 days almost 60 leva)- lots of stairs to climb till you reach the hotel (airbnb) carrying the luggage - no breakfast, no coffee machine, no kitchen, no toilet paper ( we had only 1 toilet paper when we checked in and then nothing…)- I don’t recommend..poor facilities for the miney you pay and you need to take care by yourself of everything - sometimes there is someone at the reception desk in the morning but for a few minutes and then they leave

The staff of the hotel was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean with good location in the old town.

The hotel is a little hard to reach on foot with luggage, but worth the trip!

Everything it was great. Even the hotel doesn't alowed animal inside, the owner was very kind and let us bring our golden retriever. We apreciate everything he done for us. ?

The accommodation was pleasant and quiet. The staff were nice and even helped me with my luggage upon arrival. The location is great, right in the historic centre.

The bathroom, where the shower was combined with the toilet, was amusing, but you could get used to it. I needed an invoice from the accommodation, which I had to wait for some time, but eventually, my request was fulfilled.

Great location right above the beach and facing the sunrise, also very close to the old town, friendly and helpful staff, very comfy rooms, and easy check-in and check-out.

The room was big and very comfortable! And the bed was great! It was a quiet location and the big window towards the balcony was nice!The bathroom was also clean and nice! But the best thing was the owner Miroslav who took responsibility for our stay from the very first day we booked the room!

There is nothing to complain.

No water and no option for breakfasts. Breakfasts are really hard to find in old Nesebar

The Hotel is situated in the Old Town that makes it a true gem! You can watch Old Nessebar from your window while lying on your bed, and reach the best parts of the town easily. It is in a zone accessible with a special entry permit, but you can go in with your reservation papers for a short time to leave your luggage and you'll need to park your car in a payparking area not too far. Hotel has spacious apartments with a small fridge, air conditioning (needed!). It has a stylish and fresh furnishing and bathroom, but still has the atmosphere of an old building. We loved it.

It would have been nice to know how to get in by car, where exactly to park and what the rules for parking and entering the area are.

The room on the 4rth floor needs blinds, and is not suitable for tall people :)

They confirmed by message that the room is on the top floor and we end up in a room where you can see the cars from underneath while looking through the window . In that room you actually feel like you are in a jail, with the metal bars fitted on the windows.They told us the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they can do….off course .The reservation was made two weeks before so there was time for planning from their side .
