Pros +

  • While not waterfront, we were surprised by how close the hotel is to the water. The room had a nice view over the bay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and fulfilling.Old town Nessebar is small. Staying on the island and in this hotel was a great choice. A short walk lead to many sites, attractions and dining. We had so much fun walking the island at night and in the morning. Even parking was convenient. By parking in the old town lot and driving nearly to the end (onto the gravel section) it was a 2 minute walk up the stairs from the car to the hotel.

Cons -

  • The hotel shows some age related wear in places. But, everything functioned well and it is clean and comfortable. The windows could use a cleaning.
  • Noisy
  • It needs a total makeover. It’s completely rundown and depressing. The room has terrible lighting with broken fixtures, the shower is dangerously slippery bathtub. The bed is lumpy. They clearly don’t care. They charge a lot but haven’t taken care of of it at all. AND they charge extra for WiFi.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They arranged admission to the restricted car zone on their own, helped with luggages without asking and arranged a 1st floor accomodation on our request because of mobility issues. They also prepared a breakfast package when we indicated an early leave.

great location and breakfast

the price was a bit high given the type of hotel

The hotel is in a quiet part of the old town with a view over the bay to Sunny Beach. All the sights, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. By providing our car registration to the hotel we got 30 minutes to drop off our luggage (and pickup at the end of our stay). Parking is in the north car park (about 15 leva per day) and there is a path with steps up to the hotel from there. The buffet breakfast was good. The room was comfortable with old-fashioned but working aircon. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

These things don't bother us but I know they are deal-breakers for some people, so I will mention them: no lift and "wet room" style shower.

Very good

Actually the hotel was the single decent thing during our staying... ? It has been raining through the most part of our three day trip. The "top of the top" is that on the last day, we found our car hit in the public parking ( Northern Nessebar Public Parking) No surveilance, no guarding, nothing. So, the "bonus" was that we got the chance to see how the Bulgarian police worked, which, surprinsingly, was fast and efficient. ??So this is my conclusion: The city is nice but you can find similar places which are safer and more welcoming. I will not come back and I will not recommend it for a holiday destination. But, should anyone wish to go, this hotel is everything he needs if he avoids at any costs Northern Nessebar Public Parking.Since the public parking is a great problem in the area, I think that the hotel management would strike the jackpot with their costumers, if it offered a few surveiled parking places for the clients, even with extracharges. And to the owner... Please teach your cook to prepare "rapane", as they were just like rubber.... ???.

Hi everyone, Not many things, It is located in an area away from the agglomeration of the old town of Nessebar, and this offers peace during the night. it doesn't excel but at the same time I can't complain about breakfast.

super dirty bathrooms, the windows have never been washed since they were installed, on the clean bed linen I found slipper marks, I realized that when the lady was replacing them (the clean ones were thrown on the floor in the hall) this is where the shoe dirt comes from,When you are looking for an accommodation on booking for a few days, the options with the location appear on the first page, you are happy that you have Parking, Wifi..... many benefits, see in the image below, It seems that they are liars in the first phase, after looking deeper into the details, you notice that they are missing or have to be paid extra, Don't you think they should be removed from the options??That's right, don't offer parking, Don't tick as if you had, Booking must take measures.

Breakfast, Personel, everything good

Room very small, but cheap. Its ok for that amount!

8SuzanaPosted on: 6-28-2024

The stuff was friendly enough, the room spacious, the view - beautiful. Also, breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is located in the best area possible, and very close to the beach.

There is no free wi-fi in the room; if you want / need you have to pay for it. Free wi-fi is only at the reception. Also, the only parking option is the paid public parking near-by the hotel. My room, which was the top floor, had old furniture and a very heavy smell of old furniture.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and well managed . The bed was

The noisy seagulls and there was some noise transfer between rooms---neither of which are resolvable by tne hotel--`.It is what it is'.

Very good value for money and excellent located. Very nice view from the balcony as well.

One of the worst breakfasts I ever had. Compared to other hotels in nessebar and sunny beach the breakfast was very bad. Bathroom is small and the shower is very close to the toilet.

9JudyPosted on: 9-21-2023

The location and ambience were superb. Our room was spacious with large windows facing the sea.

No early morning coffee was available.

10JudyPosted on: 9-21-2023

Cute, if small, room with a small balcony. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

No possibility for early morning coffee.

9CristinaPosted on: 9-3-2023

9Viorica I.Posted on: 9-2-2023

The location is near the parking place and with sea view. Big room and clean.

Great location with amazing view! Tidy place with excellent service. Thank you!

9MeriPosted on: 8-20-2023

Hotel was old, the location was good, in Old town in the quiet street, from our room there was a sea view. Workers tended to be very helpful. It was nice. Breakfast was good, most of all I liked that a natural juice you could take from the machine. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Wi fi in the reception was free, but in the rooms you have to pay 5 lev per day for one division. And about that wasn't written in booking.com :(

Very good hotel in a good spot, next to everything but in a quite place. The personnel were very kind, the room was alright and the breakfast amazing.

Beds could have been more comfortable.
